Claims (11)
- 電流を生成する電極群と、
前記電極群を収容する開口部が形成されたケースと、
前記開口部で前記ケースと結合されるキャップ組立体とを含み、
前記キャップ組立体は、キャップアップ及びキャップダウンを含み、
前記キャップアップ及び前記キャップダウンの間に位置し、前記ケースの内部で圧力の上昇によって変形して、前記電極群から流れる電流を遮断する遮断プレートを含み、
前記遮断プレートは、0.3〜1.3質量%のマグネシウム(Mg)と、0.1〜0.3質量%の亜鉛(Zn)とを含み、ケイ素(Si)、鉄(Fe)、銅(Cu)、マンガン(Mn)、及びチタン(Ti)から選択された少なくとも1つをさらに含み、0.2〜0.4質量%の前記ケイ素(Si)、0.3〜1.0質量%の前記鉄(Fe)、0.2〜1.0質量%の前記銅(Cu)、0.9〜2.0質量%の前記マンガン(Mn)を含み、残部はアルミニウム(Al)であるアルミニウム合金であり、
前記アルミニウム合金は、200℃〜350℃で10分〜1時間アニーリング処理されている二次電池。 - 前記遮断プレートは、前記キャップアップの下部に位置する凸部を含む、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記キャップ組立体は、前記遮断プレートの下部に位置するサブプレートをさらに含み、
前記サブプレートは、前記凸部に溶接されている、請求項2に記載の二次電池。 - 前記キャップダウンは、前記遮断プレート及び前記サブプレートの間に位置し、
前記キャップダウン及び前記サブプレートの間には突起が形成されている、請求項3に記載の二次電池。 - 前記遮断プレートの凸部及び前記サブプレートの間に位置する電流遮断部をさらに含む、請求項4に記載の二次電池。
- 電流を生成する電極群と、
前記電極群を収容する開口部が形成されたケースと、
キャップダウン、キャップアップ、前記電極群と結合されているサブプレート、及び前記キャップアップ及び前記キャップダウンの間に位置する遮断プレートを含むキャップ組立体とを含み、
前記遮断プレートは、前記サブプレートと結合されていて、前記キャップアップ及び前記キャップダウンの間に位置し、
前記キャップ組立体の少なくとも1つの部分は、アルミニウム(Al)、マグネシウム(Mg)、及び亜鉛(Zn)を含み、
前記遮断プレートは、0.3〜1.3質量%のマグネシウム(Mg)と、0.1〜0.3質量%の亜鉛(Zn)とを含み、ケイ素(Si)、鉄(Fe)、銅(Cu)、マンガン(Mn)、及びチタン(Ti)から選択された少なくとも1つをさらに含み、0.2〜0.4質量%の前記ケイ素(Si)、0.3〜1.0質量%の前記鉄(Fe)、0.2〜1.0質量%の前記銅(Cu)、0.9〜2.0質量%の前記マンガン(Mn)を含み、残部はアルミニウム(Al)であるアルミニウム合金であり、
前記アルミニウム合金は、200℃〜350℃で10分から1時間アニーリング処理されている二次電池。 - 前記キャップ組立体の少なくとも1つの部分は、遮断プレートを含む、請求項6に記載の二次電池。
- 前記遮断プレートは、前記キャップアップの下部に位置する凸部を含む、請求項6又は7に記載の二次電池。
- 前記サブプレートは、前記遮断プレートの下部に位置し、
前記サブプレートは、前記電極群に電気的に連結されている前記凸部に溶接されている、請求項8に記載の二次電池。 - 前記キャップダウンは、前記遮断プレート及び前記サブプレートの間に位置し、
前記遮断プレート及び前記サブプレートの間には突起が形成されている、請求項9に記載の二次電池。 - 前記遮断プレートの前記凸部及び前記サブプレートの間に位置する電流遮断部をさらに含む、請求項10に記載の二次電池。
