Claims (5)
- 物理量を一定時間間隔で計測するステップと、
計測された物理量の、前記一定時間毎の差分値を演算するステップと、
差分値の大きさに応じた複数の差分値の区分と各区分を表すコードが対応付けられた物理量区分表に基づき、演算された差分値を前記コードに変換するステップと、
前記一定時間毎の前記コードの集合に基づき、流体の物理量変化を擬似的に表現する物理量変化履歴を生成するステップと、
を備え、
前記物理量区分表を計測対象の物理量の絶対値の範囲と物理量の変化幅の大きさに応じて複数備えた物理量変化履歴記録方法。 - 請求項1記載の物理量変化履歴記録方法であって、
物理量区分表の複数の区分表を所定の条件下で切替える物理量変化履歴記録方法。 - 流路に流れる流体の流量を一定時間間隔で計測する流量計測部と、
前記流量計測部によって計測された流量の、前記一定時間毎の差分値を演算する演算部と、
差分値の大きさに応じた複数の差分値の区分と、各区分を表すコードが対応付けられた流量区分表と、
前記演算部によって演算された差分値を、前記流量区分表に基づき前記コードに変換する差分値変換部と、
前記差分値変換部によって得られた前記一定時間毎の前記コードの集合に基づき、流体の流量変化を擬似的に表現する流量変化履歴を生成する流量変化履歴生成部と、
を備える、
前記流量区分表を計測対象の物理量の絶対値の範囲と物理量の変化幅の大きさに応じて複数備えた流量計測装置。 - 請求項3記載の流量計測装置であって、
前記流量区分表の複数の区分表を所定の条件下で切替える流量計測装置。 - 請求項3または4に記載の流量計測装置を用いた流体供給システム。
