Claims (17)
- 開口が形成されている部品(3、4)を結合するリベットであって、
リベットヘッド(11)であって、軸方向に延在するキャビティ及び前記リベットヘッド(11)に隣接する軸部(12)を有するリベットヘッド、を備えるスリーブ部(1)と、
ほぼ円柱状の基体(26)、及び前記基体(26)の直径(D)に対応して拡幅されているリベットマンドレルヘッド(21)を備えるリベットマンドレル(2)と
を備え、
前記リベットマンドレル(2)は、前記スリーブ部(1)を自身の前記基体(26)と共に前記キャビティに沿って貫通し、
前記リベットマンドレル(2)は、円柱状の前記基体(26)に軸方向に延在する複数のリブ(22)を備え、
前記リブ(22)は、前記リベットヘッド(11)の方を向いている楔面(223)を有するように形成され、
前記楔面(223)は、前記リベットマンドレル(2)の挿入の際に、前記軸部(12)と前記部品(3、4)との間の隙間(31)を除去するように前記軸部(12)を拡大し、
前記軸部(12)の材料は前記リブ(22)間に入り込む、リベット。 - 前記リブ(22)は、前記リベットマンドレルヘッド(21)と前記キャビティとの間に配置される、請求項1に記載のリベット。
- 前記基体(26)は、軸方向の前記キャビティを、前記リベットヘッド(11)の内面(13)に接しながら貫通する、請求項1または2に記載のリベット。
- 前記リブ(22)は、前記リベットマンドレル(2)の縦軸(X)に対して回転対称に配置される、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のリベット。
- 前記リブ(22)は、前記リベットマンドレルヘッド(21)に接続する、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のリベット。
- 前記リブ(22)は、円弧形状、又は鋭い角部を有するリブ外側輪郭(221)を有する、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のリベット。
- 前記リブ(22)は、前記リベットマンドレルヘッド(21)からリベットヘッド(11)の方向へ向かって断面が均一である領域を有するように形成される、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のリベット。
- 前記リベットマンドレルは(2)は非中空状に形成される、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のリベット。
- 前記リベットマンドレル(2)は、圧延又は冷間成形によって作成される、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のリベット。
- 前記リベットマンドレル(2)は一体的に形成される、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のリベット。
- 前記スリーブ部(1)は一定の外径を有する軸部(12)を備え、
前記軸部(12)の第1の端(121)が前記リベットヘッド(11)の前記キャビティに隣接し、前記軸部(12)の第2の端(122)が少なくとも該軸部(12)と同じ外径を有するリベットマンドレルヘッド(21)と接続し、
前記軸部(12)は、前記第1の端(121)から前記第2の端(122)への方向に、
一定の内径を有する拡大領域(A)と、
前記拡大領域(A)に続く、少なくとも部分的に拡大されている内径を有する圧縮領域(S)と
を有するように形成され、
前記リブ(22)は、前記軸部(12)の前記圧縮領域(S)に対応する領域に接する、請求項1に記載のリベット。 - 前記スリーブ部(1)の前記リベットヘッド(11)及び前記軸部(12)は、様々な材料から成る、請求項11に記載のリベット。
- 前記スリーブ部(1)は、所定の材料から製造され、前記リベットヘッド(11)の領域において、前記軸部(12)の領域における特性とは別の特性を有する、請求項11又は12に記載のリベット。
- 前記圧縮領域(S)における前記軸部(12)の内面は、前記リベットマンドレル(2)の前記リブ(22)と共に形成される領域における前記リベットマンドレル(2)の表面に対応して形成される、請求項11〜13のいずれか一項に記載のリベット。
- 前記リブ(22)の長さ(L1)は、前記リベットマンドレルヘッド(21)と前記基体(26)の所定の切断位置(24)との間の前記基体(26)の長さ(L)の少なくとも25%である、請求項11〜14のいずれか一項に記載のリベット。
- リブ領域(B)の前記リブ(22)は、前記基体(26)の外面の少なくとも40%を覆う、請求項11〜15のいずれか一項に記載のリベット。
- 前記スリーブ部(1)は、
軸部(12)であって、複数の部分から成り、及び/又は所定の切断位置若しくは所定の変形位置を有し、その結果、封止ヘッドの形成の前及び/又は間に、軸方向の力成分が前記部品(3)に加えられる軸部
を備える、請求項11〜16のいずれか一項に記載のリベット。
