Claims (4)
- 窒素成分を含み、かつ、硫黄およびハロゲンのうちの少なくとも一方の成分を含む試料中の前記各成分を定量分析する分析装置であって、試料を燃焼させて試料ガスを回収する試料加熱装置と、試料ガスにオゾンを添加するオゾン供給手段と、試料ガスの酸性成分を吸収液に吸収させる吸収管と、吸収液中の前記酸性成分を分析するイオンクロマトグラフとから主に構成され、前記試料加熱装置は、酸素が供給され且つヒーターによって外周側から加熱される外套管と、当該外套管の基端から外套管内部に挿入され且つキャリアガスが供給される内管と、当該内管の基端側から内管内部に挿通された試料供給用のボートとを備えていることを特徴とする分析装置。
- オゾン供給手段がオゾン発生器で構成されている請求項1に記載の分析装置。
- 吸収管には、吸収液として過酸化水素水が収容されている請求項1又は2に記載の分析装置。
- 試料加熱装置の外套管から吸収管へ至る流路には、試料ガス中の水分を分析成分と共に結露させて捕捉するトラップカラムが介装されている請求項1〜3の何れかに記載の分析装置。
