Claims (12)
- 熱可塑性プラスチック材料から成る燃料タンク(1)であって、少なくとも一つの全周継目(3)と、給油口と、通排気手段と、タンク内部に配置された少なくとも一つの燃料送給ユニット(11)の形態でタンク内の燃料を取り出して送給する手段と、タンク内部とタンク外部に亘って敷設された流体導管による流体通路及び電気ケーブルの少なくとも一つとを備えたものにおいて、
前記流体導管及び電気ケーブルの外径を超える内径の挿通開口部が燃料タンクの壁部(9)から排除されており、
燃料タンク(1)の内部と外部に亘って敷設された流体導管による流体通路及び電気ケーブルの少なくとも一つが、燃料タンク(1)の全周継目(3)の延在方向と角度を成して該継目(3)を貫通していることを特徴とする燃料タンク。 - 燃料タンク(1)の壁部(9)に直接貫設封止された管状連結エレメント(15)に少なくとも一つの流体導管が連結されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料タンク。
- 燃料タンク(1)の内部と外部に亘って敷設された流体導管による流体通路及び電気ケーブルの少なくとも一つが、少なくとも部分的に給油口又は該給油口に続く給油管内を通過していることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の燃料タンク。
- タンク壁部から検査用開口部が排除されており、タンク内に配置された機能部品の設計寿命が燃料タンク(1)の耐用寿命に対応していることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の燃料タンク。
- 三本のみの流体通路が燃料タンク(1)の内部と外部に亘って敷設されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の燃料タンク。
- 一つのみの給油口と、一つのみのベントラインと、一つのみの燃料送給ラインとを備えたことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の燃料タンク。
- 燃料タンクが少なくとも二つのシェル(4a、4b)から成り、これらのシェルがそれぞれ全周継目(3)の領域にフランジ状縁部(2)を形成していることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の燃料タンク。
- 燃料タンク(1)の内部と外部に亘って敷設された流体導管による流体通路及び電気ケーブルの少なくとも一つが前記二つのシェル(4a、4b)の分割面における全周継目(3)を貫通するブッシング内を前記継目(3)の延在方向と交叉する方向に延在していることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の燃料タンク。
- タンク壁部(9)が少なくとも一つの炭化水素遮蔽層を含む多層押出品から成ることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の燃料タンク。
- 前記流体導管による流体通路及び電気ケーブルの少なくとも一つが燃料タンク(1)の全周継目(3)に嵌設されたインサート部品を介してタンク内外で連結されており、このインサート部品が少なくとも部分的にプラスチック材料から成ると共に全周継目(3)内でタンク壁のプラスチック材料と溶着されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の燃料タンク。
- インサート部品が前記二つのシェル(4a、4b)のフランジ状縁部同士の接合面間に挿入配置されて該縁部と溶着されていることを特徴とする請求項7〜10のいずれか1項に記載の燃料タンク。
- インサート部品が差込みコネクタとして構成されていることを特徴とする請求項10又は11に記載の燃料タンク。
