Claims (3)
- 入力部材(16)に連結されるクラッチアウタ(17)と、該クラッチアウタ(17)に相対回転不能に係合される複数枚の駆動摩擦板(19)と、それらの駆動摩擦板(19)と交互に配置される複数枚の被動摩擦板(20)と、前記駆動摩擦板(19)および前記被動摩擦板(20)を圧縮させるべく軸方向に移動可能であるとともに出力軸(11)とともに回転する押圧部材(18)と、前記押圧部材(18)を軸方向に付勢するクラッチばね(38)と、該クラッチばね(38)による前記押圧部材(18)の付勢方向と逆方向に移動し得るようにして前記押圧部材(18)と同軸に配置されるクラッチリフター(51)と、該クラッチリフター(51)の外周にクラッチベアリング(59)を介して保持されるとともに前記クラッチリフター(51)の軸方向移動に応じて前記押圧部材(18)を前記クラッチばね(38)による付勢方向と逆方向に移動せしめるリフタープレート(58)とを備えており、
前記クラッチばね(38)が、前記保持部材(53)および前記リフタープレート(58)間に介装される前記クラッチベアリング(59)の軸方向内方であって、前記押圧部材(18)とともに回転するインナー部材(22)を前記出力軸(11)に固定するようにして前記出力軸(11)に螺合されるナット(34)の外側方に配置される多板式クラッチであって、
前記クラッチリフター(51)が、半径方向外方に張り出す取付け鍔部(52a)を軸方向中間部に一体に有して前記押圧部材(18)と同軸に配置されるリフターピン(52)と、該リフターピン(52)とは別部材として軸方向内方側に開口した皿状に形成された保持部材(53)とから成り、
その皿状の保持部材(53)は、該保持部材(53)の中央部に設けた挿通孔(54)に前記リフターピン(52)を挿通させ且つ該保持部材(53)の挿通孔(54)周縁部を前記取付け鍔部(52a)に軸方向外方側から当接、係合させるようにして前記リフターピン(52)に取付けられ、
前記クラッチベアリング(59)の内径が前記ナット(34)よりも大径に形成されると共に、そのクラッチベアリング(59)に対する前記保持部材(53)外周部の軸方向係合部(53b)が前記リフターピン(52)の前記取付け鍔部(52a)よりも軸方向内方側に配置され、
前記皿状の保持部材(53)の内部に、該保持部材(53)の軸方向内方側の開口面を通して前記ナット(34)の一部が没入していることを特徴とする多板式クラッチ。 - 前記クラッチばね(38)による付勢方向で前記リフタープレート(58)の外周に当接、係合する抜け止め部材(60)が、前記押圧部材(18)に装着されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の多板式クラッチ。
- 前記押圧部材(18)の半径方向内方に前記クラッチばね(38)が配置され、前記出力軸(11)の軸線に沿う方向で前記クラッチばね(38)の外側に前記リフタープレート(58)および前記保持部材(53)が配置されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の多板式クラッチ。
