Claims (9)
- 入力部材(16)に連結されるクラッチアウタ(17)と、該クラッチアウタ(17)に相対回転不能に係合される複数枚の駆動摩擦板(19)と、それらの駆動摩擦板(19)と交互に配置される複数枚の被動摩擦板(20)と、前記駆動摩擦板(19)および前記被動摩擦板(20)を圧縮させるべく軸方向に移動可能であるとともに出力軸(11)とともに回転する押圧部材(18)と、該押圧部材(18)を軸方向に付勢するクラッチばね(38)のばね荷重を受けるようにして前記押圧部材(18)側に設けられるリング状のセットプレート(37)と、前記駆動摩擦板(19)および前記被動摩擦板(20)の摩擦係合力を増強もしくは低減させることを可能として前記押圧部材(18)に固定されるカムプレート(26)とを備える多板式クラッチにおいて、前記セットプレート(37)が、その一部を前記カムプレート(26)に軸方向で当接させるように形成されることを特徴とする多板式クラッチ。
- 前記押圧部材(18)に、前記カムプレート(26)とともに前記セットプレート(37)が複数の共締め用ボルト(47)で共締めされることを特徴とする請求項1記載の多板式クラッチ。
- 複数の前記共締め用ボルト(47)以外の複数のリーマボルト(48)で前記カムプレート(26)が前記押圧部材(18)に締結されることを特徴とする請求項2記載の多板式ックラッチ。
- 3本の前記共締め用ボルト(47)以外に、3本のリーマボルト(48)で前記カムプレート(26)が前記押圧部材(18)に締結されることを特徴とする請求項3記載の多板式クラッチ。
- 前記共締め用ボルト(47)および前記リーマボルト(48)が、前記押圧部材(18)の周方向に等間隔もしくは交互に間隔をあけて配置されることを特徴とする請求項4記載の多板式クラッチ。
- 前記リーマボルト(48)の一部が、前記押圧部材(18)の軸方向から見て前記セットプレート(37)の内周よりも半径方向内方に突出することを特徴とする請求項3〜5のいずれかに記載の多板式クラッチ。
- 複数の前記共締め用ボルト(47)相互間で前記セットプレート(37)には、押圧部材(18)の半径方向に沿う幅が、少なくとも共締め用ボルト(47)の拡径頭部(47a)の直径よりも小さくされた幅狭部(37a)が形成されることを特徴とする請求項2記載の多板式クラッチ。
- 前記カムプレート(26)と反対側に開放する複数の第1収容凹部(37b)が前記セットプレート(37)に設けられ、複数の前記共締め用ボルト(47)の拡径頭部(47a)が、前記セットプレート(37)から前記クラッチばね(38)側に突出することを避けるようにして第1収容凹部(37b)に収容されることを特徴とする請求項2記載の多板式クラッチ。
- 前記セットプレート(37)に、複数の前記リーマボルト(48)の拡径頭部(48a)を収容するようにして前記カムプレート(26)側に開放した複数の第2収容凹部37c)が設けられることを特徴とする請求項3記載の多板式クラッチ。
