Claims (4)
- 青竹の葉や茎或いは根の部分を夫々分類した上でギヤ又はスクリュー噛合の揉摺機を用いて常温で綿状に揉摺し、
この揉摺した綿状物を水分13〜30%まで急速乾燥し、
次いで前記綿状物の乾燥品をローラ押圧しながら直径5〜20mmの細孔内に強制的に押込み、
前記細孔直径で定まる直径で、かつ自然切断寸法5〜30mmの長さの筒状ペレットに仕上げる、
ことを特徴とする竹粉ペレットの製造方法。 - 青竹の葉や茎或いは根の部分を夫々分類した上でギヤ又はスクリュー噛合の揉摺機を用いて常温で綿状に揉摺し、
この揉摺した綿状物に飼料補足物質を加えて混合し、
この混合物を水分13〜30%まで急速乾燥し、
次いでこの混合物の乾燥品をローラ押圧しながら直径5〜20mmの細孔内に強制的に押込み、
前記細孔直径で定まる直径で、かつ自然切断寸法5〜30mmの長さの筒状ペレットに仕上げる、
ことを特徴とする竹粉ペレットの製造方法。 - 請求項2に記載の竹粉ペレットの製造方法において、
前記飼料補足物質は、しょう油粕、茶滓、ビートパルプ、ビール粕、おから、焼酎粕、酒粕、麦芽根、その他の粕類、竹炭粉の内から選ばれた1又は複数の組合わせであり、前記混合前に含有水分20〜40%に事前水分調節される、
ことを特徴とする竹粉ペレットの製造方法。 - 請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の竹粉ペレットの製造方法において、
前記竹粉ペレットの筒部表面は鈍い光沢を有し、その筒状ペレットが含有する竹粉の粉度分布は、最大粒度分布0.001〜3mmに調節された、
ことを特徴とする竹粉ペレットの製造方法。
