Description

(2)前記流体サンプルを前記第2のエリアによって前記第3のエリアへと引き渡すために、前記流体サンプルを前記基板の前記第1のエリアに適用するステップ。
(3)前記第3のエリアの前記ニトロセルロース層によって前記一定量の前記流体サンプルを吸収するステップ。
(4)前記第3のエリアにおける前記反応材料及び前記流体サンプル中の前記特定の分析物を反応させて、信号を発生させるステップ。

Claims (1)
- 流体サンプル中の特定の分析物を検出するために適用する液体の検査方法であって、
前記流体サンプルを引き渡すために構成された第2のエリア及び前記流体サンプルが反応する第3のエリアのそれぞれが、中空マトリックスを有するニトロセルロース層で形成された底部を有し、前記第2のエリアの前記ニトロセルロース層の平均厚は、前記第3のエリアの前記ニトロセルロース層の平均厚未満であり、前記第2のエリア及び前記第3のエリアの各々は少なくとも0.3mmの幅を有し、前記第3のエリアの前記ニトロセルロース層は、一定量の前記流体サンプルを吸収でき、反応材料が、前記ニトロセルロース層の前記中空マトリックス構造の中に形成される、順に連結された第1のエリアと、前記第2のエリアと、前記第3のエリアを含む少なくとも1つのチャネルが凹状に設けられた上面部を有する基板を提供するステップと、
前記流体サンプルを前記第2のエリアによって前記第3のエリアへと引き渡すために、前記流体サンプルを前記第1のエリアに適用するステップと、
前記第3のエリアの前記ニトロセルロース層によって前記一定量の前記流体サンプルを吸収するステップと、
信号を発生させるために、前記第3のエリアにおける前記反応材料と前記流体サンプル中の前記特定の分析物とを反応させるステップと、を含むことを特徴とする液体の検査方法。
