Claims (1)
- 第1基板の同一面に形成された第1ディスプレイパネル及び第2ディスプレイパネルと、
前記第1ディスプレイパネル及び第2ディスプレイパネルを封止する封止基板と、
前記第1及び第2ディスプレイパネル上部の前記封止基板上に一体に形成されたタッチパネルと、
前記タッチパネルを駆動させるタッチパネル制御部と
前記第1及び第2ディスプレイパネルを制御するディスプレイ制御部と、
を含み、
前記タッチパネルは、前記第1ディスプレイパネル及び前記第2ディスプレイパネルを封止する封止基板上に設けられた透明電極を有し、該透明電極は、前記封止基板の前記第1ディスプレイパネル及び前記第2ディスプレイパネル側とは異なる面に形成され、
前記第1及び第2ディスプレイパネルには、複数の薄膜トランジスタ及び発光素子が含まれている画像表示部が形成され、前記第1及び第2ディスプレイパネルは、封止材によって封止された前記第1基板と前記封止基板の間の空間に配置され、有機電界発光素子でなることを特徴とする有機電界発光表示装置。
