Claims (4)
- 反応ガスの電気化学反応により発電する単セルと、該単セルが複数積層されて形成されるセル積層体と、該セル積層体がその積層方向両端をエンドプレートにより挟持された構造の燃料電池と、該燃料電池を収容する燃料電池ケースと、前記エンドプレートを介して前記燃料電池を保持する複数の保持部と、を備えた燃料電池モジュールであって、
前記保持部は、前記エンドプレートに一部が結合した状態となる第1の締結部材と、該第1の締結部材と前記燃料電池ケースとの間に介在するマウント部材と、該マウント部材と前記燃料電池ケースとを締結する第2の締結部材と、を備えた構成であり、
前記燃料電池ケースには、前記第1の締結部材と接触しないように当該第1の締結部材を覆う形状の張出し部が形成されている
ことを特徴とする燃料電池モジュール。 - 前記燃料電池ケースと前記マウント部材との接触面に防水加工が施されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料電池モジュール。
- 前記張出し部の内面の少なくとも一部に絶縁処理が施されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の燃料電池モジュール。
- 前記マウント部材は、前記燃料電池に加わる振動を吸収して緩衝し、尚かつ当該燃料電池と前記燃料電池ケースとを絶縁した状態に維持するインシュレータとして機能するものであることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の燃料電池モジュール。
