Claims (5)
- 被塗物に水性塗料を塗布して該被塗物上に塗膜を形成する塗布工程と、
前記被塗物に前記塗膜を塗布した塗装物を加熱して、前記塗膜の不揮発分が70〜90%になるまで予備乾燥する予備乾燥工程と、
前記塗装物を加熱して、前記塗膜の不揮発分が97%以上になるまで乾燥する最終乾燥工程と、
前記塗装物を手で取扱える温度まで冷却する冷却工程と、
を備える塗膜乾燥方法において、
前記予備乾燥工程は、前記塗装物を回転する回転装置と、前記塗装物の前記塗膜を加熱する予備加熱装置と、を備え、前記塗装物は前記回転装置により回転することで前記予備加熱装置との距離が変化して一定の周期で加熱と冷却を繰り返して、前記塗膜を予備乾燥すること、を特徴とする塗膜乾燥方法。 - 前記回転装置は、前記塗装物が前記予備加熱装置に対して40〜400mm/sの速度になるように回転すること、を特徴とする請求項1に記載の塗膜乾燥方法。
- 前記予備加熱装置は中赤外線又は近赤外線で前記塗装物を加熱して予備乾燥すること、を特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の塗膜乾燥方法。
- 前記回転装置に取り付けられる前記塗装物は、同一軌道上に複数個取り付けられ、複数個の前記予備加熱装置で加熱され予備乾燥すること、を特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の塗膜乾燥方法。
- 前記塗装物は前記回転装置に奇数個取り付けられること、を特徴とする請求項4に記載の塗膜乾燥方法。
