1.誘電体と、該誘電体表面に配設されている微細な突起を有する放電電極と、前記誘電体の裏面に配設される誘電電極とを有するイオン発生器において、
前記放電電極に正弦波の交流高電圧を印加し、前記誘電電極との間で電位差を設けることにより、前記誘電体の表面でプラズマが形成され、空気の電離により正イオン、負イオン及びオゾンが生成される構成のイオン素子と、
前記放電電極に対して気流を発生させるファンと
を有するファン型イオン発生器であって、
ピーク間電圧が3.5kV以上、7kV以下であって、周波数fが下記式(7)を満たし、且つ電圧Vと周波数fとの関係が下記式(10)を満たし、副生物であるオゾン濃度を低減させ、しかも十分なイオン濃度が得られる構成であることを特徴とするファン型イオン発生器。
外筒部に、30V程度の直流電圧を印加することでイオンを静電反発させ、中心電極と接続された微小電流計によって計測された電流値から、次式(3)を用いてイオン濃度を求めた。

Claims (3)
- 誘電体と、該誘電体表面に配設されている微細な突起を有する放電電極と、前記誘電体の裏面に配設される誘電電極とを有するイオン発生器において、
前記放電電極に正弦波の交流高電圧を印加し、前記誘電電極との間で電位差を設けることにより、前記誘電体の表面でプラズマが形成され、空気の電離により正イオン、負イオン及びオゾンが生成される構成のイオン素子と、
前記放電電極に対して気流を発生させるファンと
を有するファン型イオン発生器であって、
ピーク間電圧が3.5kV以上、7kV以下であって、周波数fが下記式(7)を満たし、且つ電圧Vと周波数fとの関係が下記式(10)を満たし、副生物であるオゾン濃度を低減させ、しかも十分なイオン濃度が得られる構成であることを特徴とするファン型イオン発生器。
- 請求項1又は2に記載のファン型イオン発生器によって除電する構成であることを特徴とするファン型除電器。
