Description
Claims (10)
- 補装具のためのクラッチ・モジュールであって、本体を有し、この本体には、少なくとも1つの義指が関節式に取り付けられ、このクラッチ・モジュールは、駆動要素(2)と、前記被駆動部材が接続される被駆動要素(80)と、切換手段(50,60,70)とを具備し、前記駆動要素と被駆動要素とは、同軸的に配置され、また、
前記切換手段は、前記駆動要素から前記被駆動要素に供給される回転トルクに応じて、2つの歯車段の間でシフトし、
前記切換手段(50,60,70)は、前記駆動要素(2)の回転方向に左右されずに、異なった速度伝達比で前記歯車段の間でシフトすることを特徴とするクラッチ・モジュール。 - 前記切換手段(50,60,70)は、回転トルクに従って前記駆動要素(2)を前記被駆動要素(80)と連結させる複数の締付体(21,22)と接触することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のクラッチ・モジュール。
- 前記被駆動要素(80)は、トルクが低いとき、高い速度伝達比で駆動され、トルクが高いとき、低い速度伝達比で駆動されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のクラッチ・モジュール。
- 前記切換手段(50,60,70)は、2つの切換要素(50,70)を有し、これら切換要素は、前記被駆動要素(80)が受ける回転に対する抵抗が限界値に達するまでは、一緒に回転するように、前記締付体(21,22)と接離可能に接触した複数の切換ウェブ(51,52,71)または切換ピンを有することを特徴とする請求項2に記載のクラッチ・モジュール。
- 前記被駆動要素(80)が受ける回転に対する抵抗が前記限界値に達するまでは、前記2つの切換要素(50,70)が一緒に回転するように前記2つの切換要素(50,70)を互いに弾性的に付勢するばね(91,92)を更に具備することを特徴とする請求項4に記載のクラッチ・モジュール。
- 前記駆動要素(2)は、接触リング(12)を有する歯車と連結されており、前記複数の締付体(21)は、高いトルクの伝達のために、前記接触リングと接触していることを特徴とする請求項2、4又は5に記載のクラッチ・モジュール。
- 前記複数の締付体(21,22)は、共通の連行ディスク(20)に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項2、4、5又は6に記載のクラッチ・モジュール。
- 前記連行ディスク(20)は、フレーム(24)を有し、このフレームには、低い速度伝達比のために前記複数の締付体(21)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のクラッチ・モジュール。
- 前記連行ディスク(20)は、フレーム(24)を有し、このフレーム内には、高い速度伝達比のために前記複数の締付体(22)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のクラッチ・モジュール。
- 前記連行ディスク(20)には、前記2つの切換要素のうちの一方を構成している切換リング(50)と係合しておりかつこの切換リングを前記切換手段の更なる切換要素を構成している切換ディスク(60)および前記2つの切換要素のうちの他方を構成している切換要素(70)に対し相対的に回転させる複数の歯車(74)が取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項7ないし9のいずれか1に記載のクラッチ・モジュール。
