为了在假肢元件,假手,假臂或假的抓取元件上一方面可以实现高抓取力,并且另一方面可以实现快速的抓取运动,在假肢内设置变速器,该变速器一方面可以实现高传动比,以便快速地与要抓取的物体接触,并且另一方面也具有小的传递比,以便相应地实现高抓取力。在单独的传动级之间的转换可以以不同的类型和方式发生。通常必须为左假手和右假手各提供一个特制的传动装置。同样,手的抓取和打开需要单独的传动装置。类似也基本上适用于假臂,假抓取元件或其它的假肢,这些假肢配备有一驱动装置,并且首先快速并没有高的力作用地移动到一希望的位置,而缓慢并有力的运动仅在后来才进行。

不参与力传递的夹紧辊21通过相应的转换接片52而脱离啮合并一同空转。一旦要传递的力矩减小,这可以根据一减小的反作用力获知,转换盘60和碟形盘80之间的相对旋转由于旋转弹簧91,92的弹簧预载荷而复位。位于外侧的这些转换接片52逆时针旋转,其中,这些转换接片克服弹簧40的弹簧作用通过接片41使起先处于接触中的夹紧辊21脱离啮合。同时,内侧的转换接片71,51旋转到其初始位置中,因此,内侧的这些夹紧辊22又可以啮合,并且导致快速档。由于空间比例较小,图2没有清楚地示出内侧的夹紧辊22在力档中脱离啮合。为此也仅需十分之一毫米,因此这在图中很难示出。 
图3示出了转换环50的平面中的截面图,由图可知,转换环50已在顺时针方向上进行了旋转。这些齿轮74位于部分内螺纹54的相应端部。 同样,部分外螺纹73相应地逆时针旋转。这种角度偏差导致夹紧辊21,22的进入啮合或脱离啮合的上述流程控制。从动元件或着说碟形盘80与转换盘60之间的角度调整与力矩相关地进行。转换力矩可以通过旋转弹簧91,92的弹力值的适配来设定。同样的情况也适用于响应力矩,也就是转换过程的开始。 
四个外夹紧辊21进入啮合及四个内夹紧辊22的脱离啮合是一个流畅快速的过渡,因此,局部地出现力传递的过确定(überbestimmtes)系统。首先,外夹紧辊21轻轻地与接触环12接触,而内侧的夹紧辊22还与驱动轴2接触。由此导致一平缓的转换过渡和相应的力矩增大,因此,不会产生两个转换档之间的转换冲击或激烈的过渡。 
图4示出了已装配完成状态中的转换联接装置1。该转换联接装置1具有非常紧凑的结构,因为,所有的部件具有小的轴向延伸长度。转换联接装置的旋转对称的结构使得可以与转动方向无关地使用,因此,对于假手来说,可以提供快速的打开、快速的关闭以及有力的夹持或高的松开力矩。 
装配销100使得转换联接装置1的组装变得容易,然而,也可以舍弃该装配销。 

Claims (12)

1.一种用于假肢的转换联接装置,所述转换联接装置具有一驱动元件、一从动元件和一转换装置,所述转换装置根据施加在该从动元件上的扭矩在两个传动级之间转换,其特征在于,所述转换装置(50,60,70)与所述驱动元件(2)的转动方向无关地在所述具有不同传动比的传动级之间来回转换,所述转换装置(50,60,70)与一些夹紧体(21,22)接触,所述夹紧体使所述驱动元件(2)扭矩控制地与所述从动元件(80)相联接。
2.如权利要求1所述的转换联接装置,其特征在于,所述夹紧体(21,22)是夹紧辊。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的转换联接装置,其特征在于,所述从动元件(80)在小力矩时以高传动比,并且在高力矩时以小传动比被驱动。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的转换联接装置,其特征在于,所述转换装置(50,60,70)具有两个转换元件(50,70),这些转换元件被预加载地、可相互转动地支承,并且具有一些转换接片(51,52,71)或一些转换销,这些转换接片或转换销可力矩控制地被置于与这些夹紧体(21,22)接触。
5.如权利要求4所述的转换联接装置,其特征在于,所述转换元件(50,70)通过一些弹簧(91,92)在预载荷下被保持。
6.如权利要求1或2所述的转换联接装置,其特征在于,所述驱动元件(2)与一传动装置相联接,该传动装置具有一接触环(12),用于传递高力矩的所述夹紧体(21)与该接触环接触。
7.按权利要求1或2所述的转换联接装置,其特征在于,所述夹紧体(21,22)设置在一共同的携动盘(20)上。
8.如权利要求7所述的转换联接装置,其特征在于,所述携动盘(20)具有一框架(24),用于低传动比的所述夹紧体(21)设置在该框架上。
9.按权利要求7所述的转换联接装置,其特征在于,所述携动盘(20)具有一框架(24),用于高传动比的所述夹紧体(22)设置在该框架中。
10.如权利要求7所述的转换联接装置,其特征在于,在所述携动盘(20)上支承有一些齿轮(74),这些齿轮与一转换环(50)啮合,并且使该转换环相对一转换盘(60)和一转换元件(70)旋转。
11.如权利要求1或2所述的转换联接装置,其特征在于,所述假肢是具有一基座的假抓取装置、假臂或假手,在所述基座上铰接地支承有至少一个假手指。
12.如权利要求6所述的转换联接装置,其特征在于,所述传动装置是行星齿轮传动装置。
