Claims (14)
- シャフト(6)に固定された少なくとも1つの圧縮機羽根車(1)を有するターボ圧縮機であって、前記シャフト(6)はハウジングに軸受けされており、該ハウジングは前記圧縮機羽根車(1)のハブディスク(8)後方に内部ハウジング後方域(9)を備え、前記圧縮機羽根車(1)の前記ハブディスク(8)前方に内部ハウジング前方域(5)を備え、前記圧縮機羽根車と前記ハウジングとの間に配置されているカバーディスクを備え、前記カバーディスクと前記ハウジングとの間に羽根車側室(12)が形成されており、駆動される前記圧縮機羽根車(1)は、流体を進入路(10)から排出路(11)へと送るターボ圧縮機において、前記羽根車側室(12)から、流体を抽出するための抽出路(18)が前記内部ハウジング前方域(5)において形成されていることを特徴とするターボ圧縮機。
- 前記羽根車側室(12)は、前記進入路(10)に合流する回収路(13)と、流れによって接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のターボ圧縮機。
- 前記内部ハウジング前方域(5)において、粒子の含まれない流体を貯蔵するための貯蔵室(14)がさらに形成されており、該貯蔵室(14)は、前記羽根車側室(12)と流れによって接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1あるいは請求項2に記載のターボ圧縮機。
- 前記貯蔵室(14)および/あるいは、該貯蔵室(14)と前記羽根車側室(12)との間の前記抽出路(18)が、ディフューザーとして形成されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のターボ圧縮機。
- 前記ディフューザーは、翼列を備えていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のターボ圧縮機。
- 前記抽出路(18)は、対応する通路、空間および/あるいは管を介して、流れによって純ガス消費部と接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項5のいずれか一項に記載のターボ圧縮機。
- 前記抽出路(18)は、前記内部ハウジング前方域(5)に形成された少なくとも1つの遠心分離機(19)に合流していることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項6のいずれか一項に記載のターボ圧縮機。
- 前記遠心分離機(19)の流入路(15)が、接線状あるいは螺旋状に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のターボ圧縮機。
- 分離室(13a)が円錐状に形成されており、浸漬管(16)が前記分離室(13a)の中に突き出ていることを特徴とする請求項8に記載のターボ圧縮機。
- 前記ターボ圧縮機とは、遠心圧縮機あるいは斜流圧縮機のことであることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項9のいずれか一項に記載のターボ圧縮機。
- 前記ターボ圧縮機とは、多段一軸圧縮機のことであることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項10のいずれか一項に記載のターボ圧縮機。
- 前記流体が、粒子および/あるいは液体で汚染されたガスであることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項11のいずれか一項に記載のターボ圧縮機。
- 前記羽根車側室(12)を介して分岐されたガスが、さらなる使用に供給されることを特徴とする請求項12に記載のターボ圧縮機。
- 前記ターボ圧縮機は、外部に対して気密性のあるハウジングを備えており、電気モータによって駆動されることを特徴とする請求項13に記載のターボ圧縮機。
