Description
・光学的視覚による位置の検出方法
・例えば、電位差計、エンコーダなどの従来の位置の検出方法
1)再帰性反射材料は、精度良くザグリ穴を用いて配置されたルビーマーカに置き換えられている。
2)投光器は、2つの光源、すなわち、患者をセットアップするための525−530nmの光源と、ルビーマーカに蛍光発光を励起するための410nmの光源とが設けられるように変更した。この光源には、検出される帯域、すなわち600nmを超える帯域において悪影響を取り除くための赤色遮蔽光学フィルターが取り付けられている。
3)カメラに、蛍光発光によって生じた695nmの光を理想的に透過する赤外線透過フィルターが取り付けられている。このフィルターが、695nmを中心とする帯域透過フィルターとして使用され、さらに最適化することができる。
4)外部のマイラースクリーンが、光学的な帯域透過フィルターとして、患者に照射させるために使用する波長を有する光だけを透過させることができる。このことにより、理想的には600nmを超える光を透過させることがなく、ノイズ比に対して信号を最大限高めることができる。
Claims (16)
- 蛍光マーカを有する少なくとも一つのリーフを備えたマルチリーフコリメータと、
少なくとも一つの蛍光マーカ用の照明光源と、
少なくとも一つの蛍光マーカを視認するために設けられたカメラと、を備え、
カメラは、照明光源によって発せられた波長を有する光がカメラに入射することを実質的に防止するように設けられたフィルターを有していることを特徴とする放射線治療装置。 - 照明光源は、拡散光源であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の放射線治療装置。
- 放射線源と光学的に同一の位置に配置された照明光源を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の放射線治療装置。
- 同一の位置に配置された光源は、実質的に単色性であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の放射線治療装置。
- 同一の位置に配置された照明光源は、点光源であることを特徴とする請求項3または4に記載の放射線治療装置。
- 同一の位置に配置された光源は、蛍光マーカの波長を有する光を実質的に発することがないことを特徴とする請求項3または4に記載の放射線治療装置。
- 蛍光マーカの波長を有する光を遮蔽するために出力部を覆うように設けられたフィルターを更に備えたことを特徴とする請求項3乃至6のいずれかに記載の放射線治療装置。
- 実質的にコリメータの全てのリーフが蛍光マーカを有していることを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれかに記載の放射線治療装置。
- 少なくとも一つのリーフが複数のマーカを有していることを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれかに記載の放射線治療装置。
- 複数のリーフが複数のマーカを有し、
各リーフが、他のリーフの構造とは異なる構造によってマーカを支持していることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の放射線治療装置。 - リーフはフレームに取り付けられ、
このフレームは、少なくとも一つの蛍光マーカを有していることを特徴とする請求項1乃至8のいずれかに記載の放射線治療装置。 - フレームは、複数の蛍光マーカを有し、これらの蛍光マーカが集合してコリメータの最大視野を示すことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の放射線治療装置。
- 蛍光マーカは、入射光よりも長い波長を有する光を発するように設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至12のいずれかに記載の放射線治療装置。
- 蛍光マーカはルビーからなることを特徴とする請求項1乃至13のいずれかに記載の放射線治療装置。
- 蛍光マーカは球状に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至14のいずれかに記載の放射線治療装置。
- 蛍光マーカは、円筒状に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至14のいずれかに記載の放射線治療装置。
