Description
Claims (7)
- 対象面に配置された対象を光学式に結像するためのシステムであって、
検出面に配置された検出デバイスと、
前記対象を前記検出デバイス上に結像するためのピンホール開口と、
前記対象を照射するための照明デバイスとを備え、
前記照明デバイスと前記対象面の間に光減衰要素が配置され、これが前記ピンホール開口によってもたらされたシステム固有の結像欠陥、具体的にはピンホール開口によって前記検出デバイス上に結像された前記対象の像の周辺における前記システム固有の輝度低下を実質的に補償し、
前記光減衰要素が、1つまたは複数の開口構造体を有するフィルムマスクの形をしており、
前記対象が光反射法によって前記検出デバイス上に結像され、前記ピンホール開口が前記フィルムマスクに統合されることを特徴とするシステム。 - 前記光減衰要素が、前記対象の中央領域が前記対象の周辺領域より低い照明強度で照射されるように、前記照明デバイスによる前記対象の前記照明を変化させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記光減衰要素が透過性の低い同心性の線および透過性の高い中間領域から成る開口構造体の形をしており、互いの間の幅および/または間隔が、前記対象の前記周辺領域より低い光強度で前記対象の前記中央領域が照射されるように設計されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のシステム。
- 前記ピンホール開口がフィルムマスクの形をしており、10μmから1000μm、好ましくは20μmから500μm、特に好ましくは50μmから200μmの直径を好ましくは有することを特徴とする請求項1から3の一項に記載のシステム。
- 特に光学的パターンまたは光学的コードの形で光学的情報を持つ対象と、
対象を光学式に結像するための請求項1から4の一項に記載のシステムと、
前記検出デバイス上の前記対象の前記像からの前記対象の前記光学的情報を記録し、さらなる処理または表示のためにそれを提供する評価デバイスとから成る、光学的情報を記録し処理するためのシステム。 - 光学的情報、具体的には、試験のタイプ、バッチ番号、製造日付、チェックサムまたは較正機能用データに関する光学的に符号化した情報を持つ試験要素と、
前記試験要素の前記光学的情報を記録し評価するための請求項5に記載のシステムを含む評価デバイスとから成る試験要素分析システム。 - 対象が照明デバイスによって照射され、前記対象がピンホール開口によって検出デバイス上に結像された、検出面に配置された前記検出デバイス上に対象面に配置された前記対象を光学式に結像する方法であって、
前記照明デバイスと前記対象面の間に光減衰要素が配置され、これが前記ピンホール開口によってもたらされた前記結像欠陥、具体的にはピンホール開口によって前記検出デバイス上に形成された前記対象の像の周辺における前記システム固有の輝度低下を実質的に補償し、
前記光減衰要素が、1つまたは複数の開口構造体を有するフィルムマスクの形をしており、
前記対象が光反射法によって前記検出デバイス上に結像され、前記ピンホール開口が前記フィルムマスクに統合されることを特徴とする方法。
