Description
請求項5、8および9に、有利な製造方法を記載する。本発明の有利な配置および改良は、従属請求項に記載する特徴により達成することができる。
この場合、金属間化合物相または固溶体を形成する出発粉末は、少なくとも局所的な、液密性部位を形成するために使用すべきである。これによって、対応する部位を十分緻密に焼結させ、必要な流体不透過性を達成することができる。
ニッケルおよびアルミニウムを含む出発粉末混合物を使用し、本発明の部品の一例を製造する。粒子径画分は5〜30μmの範囲内にあった。
ニッケルおよびアルミニウム出発粉末を相互に0.5時間混合した。次いで、この混合物M1を2つの部分的な量に分割した。これらの部分的量の一方を、Fritsch P5プラネタリーボールミル中、回転速度250min/hで1時間、高エネルギー粉砕にかけた。これによって部分混合物M2が得られた。さらに、混合物M1およびM2から、これらの混合物を等部数で含む第三の部分混合物M3を製造した。
ニッケルフォーム構造を純粋なアルミニウム粉末または高エネルギー粉砕により得たニッケル−アルミニウム粉末で表面被覆した。ニッケル75〜50原子%とアルミニウム25〜50原子%のニッケル/アルミニウム原子比は、維持した。この種の粉末による被覆は、ニッケルフォームの開放多孔度が維持されるように行った。次いで、このようにして製造したニッケルフォーム物体を、例1に記載した粉末M3で片側被覆した後、焼結を温度約1150℃で再び行った。対応する金属間化合物相が、ニッケルフォームの表面上に形成され、ニッケルアルミナイドを含んでなる流体タイプ部位が、粉末M3をさらに塗布した所に形成された。
Claims (9)
- 粉末冶金により製造または処理された部品であって、ニッケルアルミナイドからなる金属間化合物相または固溶体から形成された少なくとも一つの多孔質部位またはニッケルアルミナイドからなる金属間化合物相または固溶体から形成される多孔質表面被覆と、
粉末冶金により、ニッケル、アルミニウム、モリブデン、タングステン、鉄、チタン、コバルト、銅、ケイ素、セリウム、タンタル、ニオブ、スズ、亜鉛またはビスマスを基材とする金属間化合物相または固溶体から形成された、少なくとも一つの局所的な液密性部位と、
を有し、
少なくとも前記多孔質部位が、前記局所的な液密性部位に向かって段階的に、または徐々に変化する多孔度および密度を有し、
前記局所的な液密性部位に、少なくとも一個の通路または開口部が形成されてなる、部品。 - 前記液密性部位が、前記部品の外殻の一部を形成する、請求項1に記載の部品。
- 前記液密性部位が前記多孔質部位により取り囲まれている、請求項1に記載の部品。
- 前記局所的な液密性部位が、理論的密度の96%を超える密度を有する、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の部品。
- 請求項1に記載の部品を粉末冶金により製造する方法であって、ボールミル粉砕により得られる、ニッケル、アルミニウム、モリブデン、タングステン、鉄、チタン、コバルト、銅、ケイ素、セリウム、タンタル、ニオブ、スズ、亜鉛またはビスマスを基材とする金属間化合物相または固溶体を形成する出発粉末が、前記局所的な液密性部位を形成するために使用される、方法。
- 粒子径d50<50μmの出発粉末を有する粉末が製造に使用される、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記出発粉末が、異なる複数の出発粉末で構成され、該異なる複数の出発粉末から粉末プリフォームが形成され、前記プリフォームの寸法が、前記異なった出発粉末の焼結の際の異なった収縮を考慮している、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 請求項1に記載の部品を製造する方法であって、多孔質表面被覆を形成する多孔質構造としてのニッケルフォームが、ボールミル粉砕により得られる、ニッケルアルミナイドから形成される金属間化合物相または固溶体を形成する粉末で被覆され、前記局所的な液密性部位が、前記部品の表面で、続いて行われる焼結操作により形成される、方法。
- 請求項1に記載の部品を製造する方法であって、前記液密性部位を形成する金属部分を、ニッケルアルミナイドから形成される金属間化合物相または固溶体の元素を含む粉末の層で被覆し、前記粉末の層で被覆された前記金属部分を多孔質構造としてのニッケルフォームに接合し、前記多孔質構造は、前記粉末層の上に配置されており、焼結により前記多孔質部位を形成する、方法。
