Description
図9に、角膜と下眼瞼との間に沿って涙液メニスカス(または涙三角ともよばれる)が形成されている様子を示す。この涙液メニスカスの涙液には、涙液の表面張力に比例し、その曲率半径に反比例する陰圧が生じており、皮膚粘膜接合部とよばれる凹面が形成されている。
(1)AE100:Schleicher & Schuell 社 ニトロセルロース 孔径12μm、厚み100μm
(2)CN140:Sartorius 社、ニトロセルロース、孔径8μm、厚み140μm
(3)PR:Pall 社、ポリエーテルスルホン表面をニトロ基で修飾(品名Predator)、厚み140μm
(4)SP5:Pall 社、親水性ポリエーテルスルホン、(商品名Supore−5000D)、孔径5μm、厚み140μm
(5)SP0.8:Pall 社、親水性ポリエーテルスルホン、(商品名Supore−800)、孔径0.8μm、厚み140μm
上記(1)〜(3)はイムノクロマト用メンブランであり、(4)及び(5)は精密濾過用メンブランである。
吸水性部材14aの製作のため、まず、片面が補強フィルムに覆われたメンブランシートを市販のインクジェットプリンタなどの印刷手段を用いて着色する。この際、着色は、補強フィルムの上に施される。なお、本実施形態においては、着色前の補強フィルムは透明である。着色されたメンブランシートは反転手段によって反転され、着色面が下側になるように配置されて切断手段により極細にカットされる。カットされたメンブランの長さ及び幅は、涙液メニスカス検査用具10の溝13にはめ込むことができる長さ及び幅であるように、カットのサイズは予め設定されている。

Claims (5)
- 合成樹脂又は合成ゴムから成るシートを打ち抜くことにより細長いスリットを形成し、該シートの片面に粘着フィルムを接着して本体部シートを形成するステップと、
吸水性部材シートを細長く切断するステップと、
細長く切断した吸水性部材を前記本体部シートの前記スリットにより構成された溝の中に配置して、該溝の底部をなす前記粘着フィルムに接着するステップと、
該溝に沿って該本体部シートを細長い形状に切り出すステップと
を含む涙液メニスカス検査用具の製造方法。 - 前記吸水性部材シートの一方の面は、補強フィルムで覆われており、細長く切断された吸水性部材は、補強フィルムが前記粘着フィルムと接するように前記溝にはめ込まれる、請求項1に記載の涙液メニスカス検査用具の製造方法。
- 合成樹脂又は合成ゴムを押し出し形成又は射出成型して、その長さ方向に沿って凹状の溝が形成されている細長い本体部シートを形成するステップと、
一方の面に粘着フィルムを備える吸水性部材シートを細長く切断するステップと、
細長く切断した吸水性部材を、前記本体部シートの前記溝の中に配置し、前記粘着フィルムを介して溝の底部に接着するステップと
を含む涙液メニスカス検査用具の製造方法。 - 前記吸水性部材シートの前記一方の面は、補強フィルムで覆われており、該補強フィルムの表面に前記粘着フィルムが接着されている、請求項3に記載の涙液メニスカス検査用具の製造方法。
- 前記補強フィルムを着色するステップを含む、請求項2又は4に記載の涙液メニスカス検査用具の製造方法。
