Claims (2)
- 制御圧室と負圧接続部の間の第一の弁座と、大気圧接続部と制御圧室の間の第二の弁座とを備えた両座弁を有するバルブ機器が配備された電気空気式圧力変換器であって、プランジャ型接片の位置に応じて、制御圧室と大気圧接続部又は負圧接続部との繋がりを選択的に形成して、制御圧室内に混合圧を発生させることが可能であり、プランジャ型接片の位置が、プランジャ型接片に作用する電気磁気回路の電磁力及びプランジャ型接片と連結されたダイヤフラムに作用する空気圧力に依存する電気空気式圧力変換器において、
電流を流していない状態の静止位置で、バルブ閉鎖体(31)が、制御圧室(24)と負圧接続部(22)の間の弁座(32)に当接するとともに、大気圧接続部(18)と制御圧室(24)の間の第二の弁座(33)に対して間隔を有することを特徴とする電気空気式圧力変換器。 - 当該の電流を流していない状態の静止位置でのバルブ閉鎖体(31)と第二の弁座(33)の間隔が、電流を流していない状態でのプランジャ型接片(5)の最大振動振幅と一致することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気空気式圧力変換器。
