Claims (3)
- 水路に堰を設けて利水を行う水路を利用した利水設備であって、
前記堰は、前記水路内を屈曲しながら横断するように設けられ、前記利水設備としての水力発電設備が、前記堰における、前記堰の側壁面に挟まれる箇所若しくは前記堰の側壁面と前記水路の側壁面とに挟まれる箇所に設けられ、前記堰の横断方向に沿った長さ及び前記堰の高さは、前記水力発電設備の不調により前記水路の水流が前記堰によって堰き止められた状態で前記堰を越流する水の水深が、前記水路の側壁の高さと前記堰の高さとの差よりも小さくなるように設定されていることを特徴とする利水設備。 - 請求項1に記載の水路を利用した利水設備において、
前記堰の平面形状は、クランク型、凹型、凸型、ラビリンス型のいずれかであることを特徴とする水路を利用した利水設備。 - 水路に堰を設けて利水を行う水路を利用し、前記堰を、前記水路内を屈曲しながら横断するように設ける水路を利用した利水方法であって、
前記利水設備としての水力発電設備を、前記堰における、前記堰の側壁面に挟まれる箇所若しくは前記堰の側壁面と前記水路の側壁面とに挟まれる箇所に設け、前記堰の横断方向に沿った長さ及び前記堰の高さを、前記水力発電設備の不調により前記水路の水流が前記堰によって堰き止められた状態で前記堰を越流する水の水深が、前記水路の側壁の高さと前記堰の高さとの差よりも小さくなるように設定することを特徴とすることを特徴とする水路を利用した利水方法。
