Description
2〜10重量%の水分を有するグルコピラノシルアルジトールの水溶液に、グルコピラノシルアルジトールの結晶核を、前記のグルコピラノシルアルジトールの結晶核の融点よりも低い温度で加えるステップと、
ノズルから連続的に押し出されるグルコピラノシルアルジトールのマグマを形成させるように、結晶核の存在下に前記グルコピラノシルアルジトール水溶液を冷却して混練するステップとを含む。

約85%の乾燥物含有量を有するグルコピラノシルアルジトールのシロップを得るために、乾燥物として70%のグルコピラノシルアルジトール(化合物A)を懸濁させた液を調製して蒸発容器に入れる(化合物Aのグルコピラノシルアルジトール含有量は、混合物の成分の総量に対する乾燥重量として下の表1に示す)。
Claims (19)
- 少なくとも80重量%の乾燥物含有量および前記乾燥物に対して少なくとも95重量%のグルコピラノシルアルジトール含有量を有するグルコピラノシルアルジトールのシロップを少なくとも80℃の温度にするステップと、
- グルコピラノシルアルジトールを含む結晶核を連続的に混合するステップであって、前記混合はグルコピラノシルアルジトール系顆粒を含む開放回転容器中に前記グルコピラノシルアルジトールのシロップとグルコピラノシルアルジトールを含む結晶核とを同時に分散させることで実施され、それによって前記グルコピラノシルアルジトールのシロップと前記グルコピラノシルアルジトールを含む結晶核とを前記容器中に含まれる前記グルコピラノシルアルジトール系顆粒の表面で混合する混合ステップと、
- 前記容器から前記グルコピラノシルアルジトール系顆粒を回収するステップと、
- 前記容器を回転させることにより動き続ける前記容器中の前記グルコピラノシルアルジトール系顆粒に含まれる前記グルコピラノシルアルジトールを結晶化させるステップと
からなる方法。
- 凸面(曲率半径13mm)をもち、直径13mm、厚さ6mmおよび重量0.845gの円筒形錠剤の破砕に対する抵抗を示す圧縮値が220Nである、
請求項14に記載の粉末。
