Abstract
【解決手段】 粉末消火薬剤廃棄物にアルコール水溶液を噴霧するアルコール噴霧工程と、アルコール噴霧工程により噴霧されたアルコール水溶液と粉末消火薬剤廃棄物とを攪拌する攪拌工程と、を有し、攪拌工程により、粉末消火薬剤廃棄物表面のシリコンコートが除去される。これにより、肥料の三大要素である窒素、リン、カリウムの内の窒素、リンを多く含有する粉末消火薬剤廃棄物を肥料として用いることができ、年間約1万トンもある粉末消火薬剤廃棄物を有効利用することができる。

Claims (5)
- 粉末消火薬剤廃棄物にアルコール水溶液を噴霧するアルコール噴霧工程と、
該アルコール噴霧工程により噴霧されたアルコール水溶液と粉末消火薬剤廃棄物とを攪拌し、攪拌されている粉末消火薬剤廃棄物が飛散されなくなった後に、送風手段によりアルコール水溶液と粉末消火薬剤廃棄物の混合物に送風して、該混合物中のアルコールを蒸発させる攪拌工程と、を有し、
該攪拌工程により、粉末消火薬剤廃棄物表面のシリコンコートが除去されることを特徴とする粉末消火薬剤廃棄物の親水化処理方法。 - 粉末消火薬剤廃棄物にアルコール水溶液を投入するアルコール投入工程と、
該アルコール投入工程により投入されたアルコール水溶液と粉末消火薬剤廃棄物とを攪拌し、攪拌されている粉末消火薬剤廃棄物が飛散されなくなった後に、送風手段によりアルコール水溶液と粉末消火薬剤廃棄物の混合物に送風して、該混合物中のアルコールを蒸発させる攪拌工程と、を有し、
該攪拌工程により、粉末消火薬剤廃棄物表面のシリコンコートが除去されることを特徴とする粉末消火薬剤廃棄物の親水化処理方法。 - 前記アルコール水溶液は、メタノール水溶液であることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の粉末消火薬剤廃棄物の親水化処理方法。
- 前記メタノール水溶液は、メチルアルコールと水をそれぞれ略50%の比率で混合させていることを特徴とする請求項3記載の粉末消火薬剤廃棄物の親水化処理方法。
- 請求項3記載の粉末消火薬剤廃棄物の親水化処理方法により得られた肥料。
