Claims (9)
- 複数の並列スライスを提示するためのシステムであって、
時間経過に伴う超音波データ(250)を表示するためのディスプレイ(118)と、
前記超音波データ(250)内で関心領域(ROI)(252)を規定する互いに平行な近位面(260)と遠位面(262)を規定するためのユーザインタフェース(120)であって、前記ROIを変更するために前記近位面および前記遠位面のうちの少なくとも1つの向きを調整するためのユーザ入力を受け取るユーザインタフェース(120)と、
超音波データ(250)に基づいて、前記ROI(252)内部で、かつ、前記近位面と前記遠位面との間にある複数の中間スライス(268)〜(278)を自動抽出するための信号プロセッサ(116)であって、該複数の中間スライス(268)〜(278)は互いに対して平行であり、該複数のスライス(268)〜(278)は前記ディスプレイ(118)上に表示される信号プロセッサ(116)と、
を備え、
前記近位面および前記遠位面のうちの少なくとも1つの向きの調整は、前記近位面および前記遠位面との間の角度および距離のうちの少なくとも1つの位置関係が維持されるように調整される、
システム。 - さらに、前記超音波データ(250)に基づいて少なくとも1つの長軸面(256)を表示しているディスプレイ(118)であって、該少なくとも1つの長軸面上に前記近位面(260)及び遠位面(262)の位置のインジケータを表示しているディスプレイ(118)を備える請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記近位面(260)は第1の深度を有しかつ前記遠位面(262)は第2の深度を有しており、該近位面(260)及び遠位面(262)は第1の向きを有しており、前記信号プロセッサ(116)は、前記ユーザインタフェース(120)が該第1及び第2の深度と該第1の向きのうちの少なくとも1つを変更したときに前記ディスプレイ(118)上で前記複数の中間スライス(268)〜(278)を自動更新している、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記ユーザインタフェース(120)はさらに、第1の時間位置における前記複数の中間スライス(268)〜(278)のうちの一方の上で解剖学構造のROIを指示する入力を受け取り、前記信号プロセッサ(116)は該ROIのエリア(282)を計測しかつ該第1の時間位置の前の所定の時間期間、該第1の時間位置に続く所定の時間期間、及び該第1の時間位置をその内部に有する所定の時間期間のうちの1つの時間期間にわたって超音波データ(250)上の同様の解剖学構造の対応するエリアを補間している、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記ユーザインタフェース(120)はさらに、第1及び第2の時間位置における前記複数の中間スライス(268)〜(278)のうちの一方の上で同様の解剖学構造の第1及び第2のROIを指示する入力を受け取り、前記信号プロセッサは該第1と第2の時間位置の間において超音波データ上で同様の解剖学構造をトラッキングしている、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記ユーザインタフェースはさらに、第1及び第2の時間位置における前記複数の中間スライスのうちの一方の上で同様の解剖学構造の第1及び第2のROIを指示する入力を受け取り、前記信号プロセッサ(116)は該第1及び第2のROIの内部の第1及び第2のジェットフローエリア(282)を計測しており、前記信号プロセッサ(116)は該第1と第2の時間位置の間において超音波データ(250)上のジェットフローエリアを補間している、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 複数の並列スライスを表示するための方法であって、
少なくとも1つの心拍サイクルにわたるボリュメトリックデータを含むボリュームデータ(250)の内部でユーザが選択した複数の面に基づいて、プロセッサが関心領域(ROI)(252)を規定する工程であって、ユーザが選択した前記面の向きは、フロージェットが前記面に対して垂直になるように前記ROIを変更して調整することが可能であり、前記複数の面の間の角度および距離のうちの少なくとも1つの位置関係が維持される、工程と、
第1の時間位置(292)において前記ROI内部からの超音波データ(250)の少なくとも2つの中間スライス(268)〜(278)を自動表示する工程と、
前記第1の時間位置(292)において前記少なくとも2つの中間スライス(268)〜(278)のうちの一方の上で第1のジェットフローエリアを、プロセッサにより計算する工程(214)と、
を含む方法。 - 第2の時間位置において前記少なくとも2つのスライス(268)〜(278)のうちの一方の上で第2のジェットフローエリアを、プロセッサにより計測する工程であって、前記第1のジェットフローエリアと該第2のジェットフローエリアによって同様の解剖学構造が指示されている計測工程と、
第1の時間位置(292)と第2の時間位置の間で超音波データ(250)上のジェットフローエリアを、プロセッサにより補間する工程と、
をさらに含む請求項7に記載の方法。 - 前記第1のジェットフローエリアの近傍に少なくとも1つの点を規定する工程であって、該第1のジェットフローエリアは該少なくとも1つの点に基づいて自動的に計算される規定工程をさらに含む請求項7に記載の方法。
