Claims (2)
- 石油フラクションの水素化方法であって、
a)第一の水素処理反応器(R−1)において、該石油フラクションを水素化反応条件下で第一の水素流れと並流接触させて、液体成分と第一の蒸気成分を含む部分的に処理された第一の流出物を得る工程、
b)第一の流出物を第一の熱交換器(111、211、311)で冷却する工程、
c)少なくとも1つの液体−蒸気ドラム(D−11、D−21、D−31)において、冷却された第一の流出物から第一の蒸気成分を除去して、実質的に液体成分のみを含むドラム流出物を得る工程、
d)第二の熱交換器(113、216、315)において該ドラム流出物を加熱し、加熱された液体成分を得る工程、
e)工程d)で得られた加熱された液体成分を、第二の水素処理反応器(R−2)に導入する工程、
この工程において、工程d)の加熱された液体成分の主要部分を、少なくとも第一の触媒層(B−1)において第一の水素化触媒の存在下で水素化反応条件下、第一の反応ゾーン内において向流様式で、第二の水素流れと接触させて、処理された底部流出物(この底部流出物は第一の反応ゾーンの底部端から排出される)と水素含有気体状流出物(この水素含有気体状流出物は第一の反応ゾーンの頂部端から排出される)を得、かつ、
工程d)の加熱された液体成分の小部分を、第二の水素化触媒の存在下で水素化反応条件下、前記第一の反応ゾーンよりも上に位置し、かつ前記第一の反応ゾーンから離間されている、第二の反応ゾーン内において並流様式で、該水素含有気体状流出物と接触させて、処理された頂部流出物(この頂部流出物は第二の反応ゾーンの頂部端から排出される)を得、
f)処理された頂部流出部の全部を処理された底部流出物と混合して、処理された混合した流出物を得る工程、及び
g)第二の水素処理反応器(R−2)の混合した流出物から第二の蒸気成分を除去して生成物流れ(P)を得る工程
を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 石油フラクションの水素化方法であって、
a)第一の水素処理反応器(R−1)において、該石油フラクションを水素化反応条件下で第一の水素流れと並流接触させて、液体成分と第一の蒸気成分を含む部分的に処理された第一の流出物を得る工程、
b)少なくとも1つの液体−蒸気ドラム(D−41)において、第一の流出物から第一の蒸気成分を除去し、実質的に液体成分のみを含むドラム液体成分を得る工程、
c)該ドラム液体成分を冷却し、冷却された該ドラム液体成分を該第一の蒸気成分と混合し、混合された液体−蒸気ドラム流出物を得る工程、
d)工程c)で得られたドラム流出物を、第二の水素処理反応器(R−2)に導入する工程、
この工程において、工程c)の液体成分の主要部分を、少なくとも第一の触媒層(B−1)において第一の水素化触媒の存在下で水素化反応条件下、第一の反応ゾーン内において向流様式で、第二の水素流れと接触させて、処理された底部流出物(この底部流出物は第一の反応ゾーンの底部端から排出される)と水素含有気体状流出物(この水素含有気体状流出物は第一の反応ゾーンの頂部端から排出される)を得、かつ
工程c)の液体成分の小部分を、第二の水素化触媒の存在下で水素化反応条件下、前記第一の反応ゾーンよりも上に位置し、かつ前記第一の反応ゾーンから離間されている、第二の反応ゾーン内において並流様式で、該水素含有気体状流出物と接触させて、処理された頂部流出物(この頂部流出物は第二の反応ゾーンの頂部端から排出される)を得、
e)処理された頂部流出物の全部を処理された底部流出物と混合して、処理された混合した流出物を得る工程、及び
f)第二の水素処理反応器(R−2)の処理された混合した流出物から第二の蒸気成分を除去して生成物流れ(P)を得る工程
を含むことを特徴とする方法。
