Description
加熱体周囲の起電力eは(5)式で、加熱体の抵抗Ωは、比抵抗をρ(Ωm)として(6)式で、誘導電流Iは(7)式でそれぞれ表される。
Claims (4)
- 絶縁性材料または誘電性材料からなり、被溶融固体を収容する溶融容器と、
前記溶融容器の周囲を囲むように配置された高周波コイルと、
導電性材料からなり、前記溶融容器の中心に配置され、前記高周波コイルに所定周波数の電流を流した際の電磁誘導により発熱する筒状の加熱体と、
を具備する高周波誘導炉であって、
前記加熱体の外半径をr、肉厚をt、表皮厚さをδとしたときに、t=δ2/rの関係が満たされており、かつt/δが0.07〜0.18であることを特徴とする高周波誘導炉。 -
前記加熱炉を回転させる回転機構をさらに具備することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の高周波誘導炉。 - 絶縁性材料または誘電性材料からなる溶融容器の内部に導電性材料からなる筒状の加熱体を収容し、
前記溶融容器の周囲を囲むように高周波コイルを配置し、
前記溶融容器の内周壁面と前記加熱体の外周壁面との間の空間および前記加熱体の内側の空間に被溶融固体を投入し、
前記高周波コイルに所定周波数の電流を流すことによって前記加熱体を高周波誘導加熱し、前記被溶融固体を溶融することを特徴とする固体溶融方法であって、
前記加熱体として、その外半径をr、肉厚をt、表皮厚さをδとしたときに、t=δ 2 /rの関係が満たされており、かつt/δが0.07〜0.18であるものを用いることを特徴とする固体溶融方法。 - 前記加熱体を回転させながら前記被溶融固体を溶融することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の固体溶融方法。
