図1に、初期応力下の、従来の測定センサ10を示す。その中央部分は、センサ11により形成される。これには、圧電性の適切な結晶12が内蔵され、スリーブ13内に心出しされて組み込まれる。

Claims (12)
- 測定結晶(12)、アダプタ・スリーブ(22)及びアダプタ要素(16)を備えた測定センサであって、前記アダプタ要素(16)が前記アダプタ・スリーブ(22)に接続され、前記測定結晶(12)が前記アダプタ・スリーブ(22)と前記アダプタ要素(16)との間に直接接触保持されることによって初期応力下に置かれる、正負の力及び/又はモーメント測定用の、初期応力下測定センサ(21、25、29)において、測定結晶(12)が前記アダプタ・スリーブ(22)内に、予荷重を付加された状態で該アダプタ・スリーブ(22)へ取り付けられた膜(14)によって被覆され且つ心出しされて直接組込まれることを特徴とする測定センサ。
- 前記膜(14)は溶接継手(15)によって前記アダプタ・スリーブ(22)へ取り付けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の測定センサ。
- 前記アダプタ要素(16)と前記アダプタ・スリーブ(22)のいずれもが力及び/又はモーメントを該アダプタ要素(16)とアダプタ・スリーブ(22)のそれぞれから前記測定結晶(12)に加えるための表面を有し、該表面は前記測定結晶(12)の表面の全体部分に直接接触し、又は前記膜(14)を介して接触することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の測定センサ。
- アダプタ・スリーブ(22)とアダプタ要素(16)の間の前記接続が直接接続(19)により行われることを特徴とする請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載の測定センサ。
- アダプタ・スリーブ(22)とアダプタ要素(16)の間の前記接続が間接接続により行われることを特徴とする請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載の測定センサ。
- 前記アダプタ・スリーブ(22)及び/又は前記アダプタ要素(16)がそれぞれ、測定される1つの要素に対する1つ又は複数の取付具(20)を有することを特徴とする請求項1から5までのいずれか1項に記載の測定センサ。
- 前記アダプタ・スリーブ(22)及び/又は前記アダプタ要素(16)が中央の穴(23)を介する取付けを有することを特徴とする請求項1から6までのいずれか1項に記載の測定センサ。
- 前記アダプタ・スリーブ(22)が測定信号伝達のための接続プラグ(18)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1から7までのいずれか1項に記載の測定センサ。
- 前記アダプタ・スリーブ(22)が増幅器構成(27)を備えることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の測定センサ。
- 前記増幅器構成(27)が同構成のために設けられた凹部(26)内に一体化されることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の測定センサ。
- 前記増幅器構成(27)がアダプタ・スリーブ(22)に強固に接続された増幅器ケーシング(31)内に導入されることを特徴とする請求項9又は10に記載の測定センサ。
- 前記増幅器構成(27)がアダプタ・スリーブ(22)に取外し可能に接続された増幅器ケーシング(31)内に導入されることを特徴とする請求項9から11までのいずれか1項に記載の測定センサ。
