Description
液体ポンプは、一般的に電動モータによって駆動されるようになっており、電動モータは電動モータの運転及び制御のために必要な電子的な構成部分を含んでおり、該電子的な構成部分は、運転時に発熱するものである。本発明に基づく前記方法は、電子的な構成部分から熱を、媒体の分流された一部分内に直接に放出するものであり、分流された一部分は、液体通路内を連続的に流れて、電子的な構成部分の熱によって部分的に蒸発若しくは気化される。この場合に生じる気化冷却は、電子的な構成部分の保護に極めて効果的に役立つものである。
Claims (3)
- 液体ポンプの構成部分(3)から熱を排出するための装置において、該装置は液体ポンプのケーシング(1)を含んでおり、該ケーシングは、圧送すべき媒体のための流入部Zを備えた吸込み口側S及び、圧送すべき媒体のための流出部に通じる吐出し口側Dを有しており、前記吸込み口側Sと前記吐出し口側Dとは、駆動可能な羽根車(4)を介して互いに接続されており、前記ケーシング(1)は、前記吐出し口側Dの流過断面IIを区画する壁面に、前記圧送すべき媒体の分流される一部分のための開口部(1a)を有し、この場合に、前記開口部(1a)は、閉じた通路(2)に接続されており、該通路は少なくとも部分的に前記構成部分(3)と熱的に接続されており、前記ケーシング(1)は流過断面IIを区画する前記壁面に、前記媒体の前記一部分の流入並びに流出のために用いられる1つの前記開口部(1a)だけを有しており、前記通路(2)内での、媒体の一部分の供給及び搬出は対流で行われることを特徴とする液体ポンプの構成部分から熱を排出するための装置。
- 前記ケーシング(1)は、渦巻ポンプの渦巻ケーシングである請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つ通路(2)は、渦巻ポンプの駆動のための電動モータ(6)を包囲したケーシング部分(5)に配置されている請求項2に記載の装置。
