Description
図1は本発明の実施形態を示す全体図、図2は鍋の断面図、図3はその要部の回路図、図4は真空断熱容器の断面図である。図1、図2に示される1は鍋本体であり、精錬工程を経た溶鋼を転炉2などから受け取り、連続鋳造設備のタンディッシュ3まで運搬して注湯するものである。タンディッシュ3内に注湯された溶鋼は浸漬ノズルを通じて連続鋳造用鋳型に入り、連続鋳造が行われることは周知のとおりである。
実施形態に示した構造の鍋内溶鋼温度測定装置を実際に操業中の鍋に取り付けて温度測定を行ったところ、図7のグラフに示すとおりの温度変化が測定できた。温度測定位置は鍋の内面から50mmの位置である。図7中には鍋の外表面の温度も併せて記入した。この図に示されるように、鍋自体の温度は次第に上昇しており、また鍋内溶鋼温度は溶鋼の受け取りと同時に上昇し始め、タンディッシュへの注湯中は次第に低下するサイクルを繰り返している。精錬工程のオペレータは図7のように表れる鍋内溶鋼の温度を監視し、タンディッシュに注湯し終わるまでの鍋内の溶鋼温度を制御する。

Claims (6)
- 溶鋼をタンディッシュまで運搬する鍋の底部に取り付けたポーラスレンガの途中位置まで熱電対を埋め込むとともに、この熱電対により検出された温度データを発信する無線送信器を、機器収納容器と外部断熱容器との間に真空断熱層を備えた真空断熱容器に封入して、真空断熱容器を鍋の外側に取り付け、また工場内にはこの無線送信器から発信される温度データおよび鍋の識別コードを組みこんだ信号を受信する無線受信器を配置し、任意のタイミングで鍋内の溶鋼温度を測温可能としたことを特徴とする鍋内溶鋼温度測定装置。
- 真空断熱容器の内部に、熱電対の補償導線と、熱電対の出力を温度データに変換する演算器と、送信器とを封入したことを特徴とする請求項1記載の鍋内溶鋼温度測定装置。
- 真空断熱容器の内部に更に、温度データのメモリと、受信器と、バッテリーとを封入したことを特徴とする請求項2記載の鍋内溶鋼温度測定装置。
- 受信器は送信要求信号を受信したとき、送信器に送信要求トリガー信号を出力するものであることを特徴とする請求項3記載の鍋内溶鋼温度測定装置。
- 真空断熱容器は、その外面にアンテナを露出させたものであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の鍋内溶鋼温度測定装置。
- 鍋が移動する工場内の各位置に受信用アンテナを配置したことを特徴とする請求項1記載の鍋内溶鋼温度測定装置。
