Description
始めに、図1を参照して、本発明の一実施形態である内燃機関の構成について説明する。
このような構成を有する内燃機関1では、アクチュエータコントローラ48が以下に示す給気制御処理を実行することにより、手動強制再生処理中に領域A2での軽負荷作業を行っても、排気タービン過給機6にサージングが発生することを抑制する。なお、この手動強制再生処理中では、軽負荷作業のみが可能であり、上述したように、手動強制再生処理中では、エンジンコントローラ47は、強制的に、低エンジン回転数および低エンジントルクとなるように制御している。以下、図4に示すフローチャートを参照して、アクチュエータコントローラ48による給気制御処理手順について説明する。

Claims (4)
- 内燃機関から排出された排気ガスの一部を抽出し、前記内燃機関の給気通路側に再循環させる排気再循環通路と、
前記排気再循環通路に設けられ、当該排気再循環通路を循環する排気ガスの流量を制御する開閉弁と、
前記内燃機関に対する燃料噴射量を検出する燃料噴射量検出手段と、
前記内燃機関から排出された排気ガスによって回転するタービンと、
前記タービンが回転することによって駆動され、外気を吸入、加圧して前記内燃機関に供給するコンプレッサと、
前記タービンに供給される排気ガスの流速をスライド機構のノズル開度調整によって制御するとともに該スライド機構の全閉時に該スライド機構を介して排気ガスの流出方向をタービン翼車の軸方向にして前記タービンへの仕事を小さくするバイパス路を形成する可変ターボノズルと、
ディーゼルエンジンから排出された排出ガスに含まれる粒子状物質の量を低減するディーゼルパティキュレートフィルタの手動強制再生処理を実行しつつ軽負荷作業を行う場合、前記開閉弁を全閉状態にするとともに前記可変ターボノズルを全閉状態にして前記バイパス路を形成し、前記燃料噴射量検出手段により検出された燃料噴射量が0になった場合、前記開閉弁を全閉状態から全開状態にするとともに前記可変ターボノズルを全閉状態から全開状態にする制御を行う開度制御手段と、
を備えたことを特徴とする内燃機関の給気制御装置。 - 前記開度制御手段は、ディーゼルエンジンから排出された排出ガスに含まれる粒子状物質の量を低減するディーゼルパティキュレートフィルタの手動強制再生処理を実行しつつ軽負荷作業を行う場合、前記開閉弁を全閉状態にするとともに前記可変ターボノズルを全閉状態にして前記バイパス路を形成し、前記前記燃料噴射量検出手段により検出された燃料噴射量が0になった場合、前記開閉弁を全閉状態から全開状態にするとともに前記可変ターボノズルを全閉状態から全開状態にし、その後前記燃料噴射量検出手段により検出された燃料噴射量の増加に応じて前記開閉弁および前記可変ターボノズルの開度を減少させる制御を行うことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内燃機関の給気制御装置。
- 内燃機関から排出された排気ガスの一部を抽出し、前記内燃機関の給気通路側に再循環させる排気再循環通路と、
前記排気再循環通路に設けられ、当該排気再循環通路を循環する排気ガスの流量を制御する開閉弁と、
前記内燃機関から排出された排気ガスによって回転するタービンと、
前記タービンが回転することによって駆動され、外気を吸入、加圧して前記内燃機関に供給するコンプレッサと、
前記タービンに供給される排気ガスの流速をスライド機構のノズル開度調整によって制御するとともに該スライド機構の全閉時に該スライド機構を介して排気ガスの流出方向をタービン翼車の軸方向にして前記タービンへの仕事を小さくするバイパス路を形成する可変ターボノズルと、
を備える内燃機関の給気制御方法において、
ディーゼルエンジンから排出された排出ガスに含まれる粒子状物質の量を低減するディーゼルパティキュレートフィルタの手動強制再生処理の指示を検出する検出ステップと、
前記検出ステップによって手動強制再生処理の指示を検出した場合、前記開閉弁を全閉状態にするとともに前記可変ターボノズルを全閉状態にして前記バイパス路を形成する全閉制御ステップと、
燃料噴射量が0になった場合、前記開閉弁を全閉状態から全開状態にするとともに前記可変ターボノズルを全閉状態から全開状態にする制御を行う全開制御ステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする内燃機関の給気制御方法。 - 前記全開制御ステップによって前記開閉弁および前記可変ターボノズルを全開状態に制御した後、燃料噴射量の増加に応じて前記開閉弁および前記可変ターボノズルの開度を減少させる開度制御ステップを含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の内燃機関の給気制御方法。
