Claims (10)
- a)光出力を有する有機発光ダイオード(OLED)と、
b)前記有機発光ダイオードに、照明のために光が発生される、照明領域および/または、前記照明領域である又は前記照明領域のより小さい複製であるアクティブ領域とを備え、前記発光ダイオードの光出力は、これら領域の使用と共に変化し、
前記有機発光ダイオードに備えた、前記照明領域および/またはアクティブ領域に接続されていないアイソレートされた領域であり、前記照明領域よりも実質的に小さい基準領域と、
前記基準領域、前記照明領域および/または前記アクティブ領域が上部に位置する基板と、
c)前記照明領域および/またはアクティブ領域の電流の値および電圧の値の少なくとも1つのアクティブ値、および前記基準領域の電流の値および電圧の値の少なくとも1つの基準値を検出する測定回路、および、
前記アクティブ値と前記基準値とを比較し、この比較に応答し、補正信号を発生し、前記照明領域の前記光出力の変化を補償する制御回路を含み、
前記基準領域、前記照明領域および/または前記アクティブ領域に接続されており、前記照明領域および/または前記アクティブ領域とは別個に、前記基準値を検出するときに前記基準領域をドライブするためのドライバーとを備え、
前記基準領域は、照明プロセス中にオフにスイッチングされ、前記制御回路からの信号に基づいて測定回路で基準値を検出する場合にオンにスイッチングされ、
前記制御回路は、前記アクティブ値および前記基準値に基づき、前記照明領域のための前記補正信号を計算することを特徴とする照明デバイス。 - 前記アクティブ領域は、前記照明領域に接続された、前記基準領域のサイズと同じサイズを有する領域である請求項1記載の照明デバイス。
- 前記ドライバーは、前記照明領域、前記基準領域および前記アクティブ領域に別々に接続されている請求項1記載の照明デバイス。
- 前記基準領域および/または前記アクティブ領域は、前記照明領域よりも実質的に小さい請求項1乃至3の何れか1項に記載の照明デバイス。
- 前記基準領域および/または前記アクティブ領域は、前記照明領域の境界に位置する請求項1乃至4の何れか1項に記載の照明デバイス。
- 前記ドライバーは、前記補正信号を決定するためのデバイス特性回路を含む請求項1乃至5の何れか1項に記載の照明デバイス。
- a)光出力を有する有機発光ダイオード(OLED)と、
b)前記有機発光ダイオードに、照明のために光が発生される、照明領域および/または、前記照明領域である又は前記照明領域のより小さい複製であるアクティブ領域とを備え、前記発光ダイオードの光出力は、これら領域の使用と共に変化し、
前記有機発光ダイオードに備えた、前記照明領域および/またはアクティブ領域に接続されていないアイソレートされた領域であり、前記照明領域よりも実質的に小さい基準領域と、
前記基準領域、前記照明領域および/または前記アクティブ領域が上部に位置する基板と、
c)前記基準領域、前記照明領域および/または前記アクティブ領域に接続されており、前記照明領域および/または前記アクティブ領域とは別個に、基準値を検出するときに前記基準領域をドライブするためのドライバーとを備えた、前記有機発光ダイオード(OLED)を備えた照明デバイスのエイジングプロセスを制御するための方法において、
測定回路により前記照明領域および/または前記アクティブ領域の電流の値および電圧の値の少なくとも1つのアクティブ値、および前記基準領域の電流の値および電圧の値の少なくとも1つの前記基準値を検出するステップと、
前記アクティブ値と前記基準値とを比較するステップと、
前記アクティブ値および前記基準値に基づき、前記照明領域のための前記補正信号を計算する制御回路により、前記照明領域の前記光出力の変化を補償するよう、前記比較に応答して補正信号を発生するステップとを備え、
前記基準領域は、照明プロセス中にオフにスイッチングされ、前記制御回路からの信号に基づいて測定回路で基準値を検出する場合にオンにスイッチングされる
照明デバイスのエージングプロセスを制御するための方法。 - デバイス特性回路が、前記補正信号を決定する請求項7記載の方法。
- 前記デバイス特性回路は、前記補正信号を周期的に決定し、前記照明デバイスの正常な照明中に、前記基準領域はオフにスイッチングされる請求項8記載の方法。
- 請求項1乃至6の何れか1項に記載の照明デバイスによる請求項7乃至9の何れか1項に記載の方法。
