Claims (17)
- ポンプ(6)及びこのポンプ(6)を駆動するモータ(7)を有する空気モータポンプ組体(3)を具備し、前記空気モータポンプ組体(3)は、駆動ユニットの空気ブレーキブースター(1)内の圧力レベルあるいは圧力差に応じて電子制御ユニット(10,11,12)によって駆動され、ブレーキブースター(1)のチャンバ内の圧力レベルあるいは2つのチャンバ間の圧力差がセンサ(9)によって検知される、ブレーキバイワイヤタイプの車両ブレーキシステムの駆動ユニットに圧力を供給するための装置において、前記空気モータポンプ組体(3)を制御するための制御ユニットは、モータポンプ組体を駆動するためのソフトウェアを有しかつこの制御ユニットに配置される論理モジュールと、モータポンプ組体を駆動するためのスイッチユニットを有しかつこの制御ユニットの外部に設けられる電力モジュールとを備え、これらの論理モジュールと電力モジュールとは互いに独立して配置され、互いに別々に、車両の電気回路システムに接続され、前記制御ユニットが故障したときに、前記電力モジュールによりモータポンプ組体を作動可能であるている、ことを特徴とする装置。
- 前記制御ユニット(10)は前記空気モータポンプ組体(3)及びブレーキシステムを駆動するために設けられたブレーキ制御ユニット(10)である、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記制御ユニット(11)は車両のモータの駆動のために設けられたモータ制御ユニット(11)である、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記電力モジュールは前記空気モータポンプ組体(3)に配置されている、ことを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載の装置。
- 前記電力モジュールは、車両の、前記制御ユニット(10,11,12)とは別の制御ユニットに配置されている、ことを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載の装置。
- リレーが、前記スイッチユニットとして設けられ、車両のリレーボックス内に収容されている、ことを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載の装置。
- 半導体素子が、前記スイッチユニットとして設けられ、車両のリレーボックス内に配置されている、ことを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載の装置。
- 請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載の装置を制御するための方法において、前記空気モータポンプ組体(3)は前記制御ユニット(10,12)の故障時に作動される、ことを特徴とする方法。
- 前記空気モータポンプ組体(3)は、前記制御ユニット(10,12)が故障した場合に、常閉スイッチによって駆動される、ことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記空気モータポンプ組体(3)は、前記制御ユニット(10,12)の故障時、ブレーキペダルの移動を検知するためのセンサの作動によって作動可能となり、前記センサの非作動時には作動不能となり、前記センサは車両の駆動ユニットの制御ユニット(11)に接続されている、ことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記空気モータポンプ組体(3)は、ブレーキペダルの移動の検知のためのセンサの作動後、規定の時間だけ作動状態に保持される、ことを特徴とする請求項8乃至10のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記車両が内燃機関と電気モータとを備えるハイブリッド車両である、請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載の装置を制御するための方法において、信号が前記制御ユニット(10,12)のエラーの発生時に、車両のモータの駆動のために設けられたモータ制御ユニット(11)に送信され、前記モータ制御ユニット(11)は空気モータポンプ組体(3)を駆動し、内燃機関は所定の作動状態をなし、この作動状態では、内燃機関のみにより前記駆動ユニットへの圧力の供給がなされる、ことを特徴とする方法。
- 前記車両ブレーキシステムが最適化液圧ブレーキシステム(OHB)を有し、この最適化液圧ブレーキシステムは、ブレーキブースター(1)の複数のチャンバ間の圧力差に応じた追加のブレーキ昇圧機能を備える液圧増大ユニットを有し、前記圧力差は真空センサによって検知される、請求項1に記載の装置を制御するための方法において、前記空気モータポンプ組体(3)は、空気モータポンプ組体(3)を駆動するための独立したポンプ制御ユニット(12)と独立したセンサ(9)とによって駆動され、前記独立したセンサ(9)は、真空センサに加えて、ブレーキブースター(1)の圧力レベルを検知し、前記空気モータポンプ組体(3)は独立したラインによって車両の電気回路システムに接続されている、ことを特徴とする方法。
- 前記車両ブレーキシステムが最適化液圧ブレーキシステム(OHB)を有し、この最適化液圧ブレーキシステムは、ブレーキブースター(1)の複数のチャンバ間の圧力差に応じた追加のブレーキ昇圧機能を備える液圧増加ユニットを有し、前記圧力差は真空センサによって検知される、請求項1に記載の装置を制御するための方法において、前記空気モータポンプ組体(3)は、空気モータポンプ組体(3)を駆動するための独立したポンプ制御ユニット(12)と真空センサとによって駆動され、前記空気モータポンプ組体(3)は、独立したラインによって車両の電気回路システムに接続されている、ことを特徴とする方法。
- 前記空気モータポンプ組体(3)は、リレーあるいはFETとして与えられている独立した電流供給装置を有する電力モジュールによって駆動され、OHBシステムの真空センサの複数の信号が、ポンプ制御ユニット(12)とブレーキ制御ユニット(10)との少なくとも一方によって読み出される、ことを特徴とする請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記空気モータポンプ組体(3)はブレーキ制御ユニット(10)の故障時に完全に駆動される、ことを特徴とする請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記ポンプ制御ユニット(12)は、バス接続によって車両の追加の制御ユニットに接続されている、ことを特徴とする請求項8乃至16のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
