Claims (3)
- タイヤ製造用の外側の環状表面およびシェル組立体の中央の貫通穴を形成するように構成されたシェル組立体と、
互いに対向する側から前記シェル組立体の貫通穴内に軸方向に延びるように構成された第1および第2のスピンドルユニットであって、前記シェル組立体の貫通穴内で互いに結合することで前記シェル組立体を組み立てられた構成に保持するように構成された第1および第2のスピンドルユニットを有する、長く延びたスピンドル組立体と、
を有することを特徴とするタイヤ製造用コア。 - 前記シェル組立体に結合された少なくとも1つの加熱素子を有しており、
少なくとも1つの前記スピンドルユニットが、前記少なくとも1つの加熱素子の電気コネクタに接続するように配置された電気コネクタを移動させ、該接続が、前記1つのスピンドルユニットの前記シェル組立体の貫通穴に対する移動に応答して行われる、請求項1に記載のタイヤ製造用コア。 - 前記シェル組立体は、前記環状表面を形成する組み立てられた状態の位置と、分解された状態の位置との間で動く複数のシェルセグメントを有し、前記シェル組立体の貫通穴内の2つの前記スピンドルユニットは複数のシェルセグメントを前記組み立てられた状態の位置に保持し、少なくとも1つのシェルセグメントが電気加熱素子を有し、少なくとも1つの前記スピンドルユニットが、前記少なくとも1つの加熱素子の電気コネクタに電気的に接続するように配置された電気コネクタを移動させ、該接続が、前記1つのスピンドルユニットの前記シェル組立体の貫通穴に対する移動に応答して行われる、請求項1に記載のタイヤ製造用コア。
