Description
前記画素領域は、反射画素部と透過画素部を有し、
前記画素電極と対向電極のうち一方の電極は、前記薄膜トランジスタを被って形成される保護膜の上面において、前記反射画素部に形成された凹凸面を被って形成される面状の金属電極と、該金属電極をも被って前記透過画素部に形成された面状の透明電極とで構成され、
前記画素電極と対向電極のうち他方の電極は、前記一方の電極をも被って形成された絶縁膜の上面に、前記一方の電極と重畳して並設された複数の線状の電極として構成され、
前記一方の電極のうち前記透明電極は、塗布により形成される透明導電膜で形成されており、
前記透明導電膜は、多層からなり、それらは、ITOの微粒子をインク状にして塗布した後に焼成を経て形成された膜、および導電性ポリマーをインク状にして塗布した後に焼成を経て形成された膜からなることを特徴とする。
Claims (1)
- 液晶側の基板面の各画素領域に、ゲート信号線からの走査信号の供給によってオンする薄膜トランジスタと、該オンされた薄膜トランジスタを介してドレイン信号線からの映像信号が供給される画素電極と、この画素電極との間に電界を生じさせる対向電極を備え、
前記画素領域は、反射画素部と透過画素部を有し、
前記画素電極と対向電極のうち一方の電極は、前記薄膜トランジスタを被って形成される保護膜の上面において、前記反射画素部に形成された凹凸面を被って形成される面状の金属電極と、該金属電極をも被って前記透過画素部に形成された面状の透明電極とで構成され、
前記画素電極と対向電極のうち他方の電極は、前記一方の電極をも被って形成された絶縁膜の上面に、前記一方の電極と重畳して並設された複数の線状の電極として構成され、
前記一方の電極のうち前記透明電極は、塗布により形成される透明導電膜で形成されており、
前記透明導電膜は、多層からなり、それらは、ITOの微粒子をインク状にして塗布した後に焼成を経て形成された膜、および導電性ポリマーをインク状にして塗布した後に焼成を経て形成された膜からなる
ことを特徴とする液晶表示装置。
