Claims (3)
- 冷却速度が-0.1から2℃/minの冷却速度で徐冷するとともに、抜歯体内の水分の凍結開始を阻止するために0.01〜0.16mTの強さの磁場又は電磁場を抜歯体に作用させて、凍結保存液に浸漬した抜歯体を-25から-35℃の温度域でガラス化凍結する段階と、該ガラス化凍結された抜歯体を-130℃以下の温度で保存する段階と、からなる抜歯体の凍結保存方法。
- 凍結保存液を歯根膜細胞中に十分に浸透させた後、冷却を開始することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の抜歯体の凍結保存方法。
- 最大氷結晶生成温度帯において20から35分間保持することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の抜歯体の凍結保存方法。
