Description
この他に余剰の窒素は自動車タイヤへの窒素封入、充填ホースの連結部分の局所換気等に活用しても良い。更に将来 水素を家庭,商店、病院等を対象にした熱・電気コジェネレーション方式による定置型燃料電池に使用する場合には、その運転起動時や停止時における安全対策や燃料電池の劣化防止のパージガスとして活用することができる。

Claims (4)
- 燃料電池車に水素を供給するため充填時の操作圧力が10気圧以下の水素充填設備であって、ガスを計量するためのガス計量器3とガスを循環させるための中間タンク4とガス圧縮機6bと水素・窒素分離器5を備え、水素・窒素ガス供給配管2を用いて水素製造所1から送られる水素・窒素の混合ガスをガス計量器3に接続し、中間タンク4とガス圧縮機6bと水素・窒素分離器5を通して燃料電池車の水素貯蔵設備7に連結し、水素・窒素分離器5で分離した水素・窒素の混合ガス中の水素ガスを燃料電池車の水素貯蔵設備7に充填すると同時に、余剰の水素ガスを燃料電池車の水素貯蔵設備7より配管を用いて再び中間タンク4へ循環させるように構成してなることを特徴とする燃料電池車用の水素充填設備。
- 前記中間タンク4と水素・窒素分離器5の間に設置したガス圧縮機6bに代えて水素・窒素分離器5と燃料電池車の水素貯蔵設備7の間に水素ガス圧縮機6aを備えてなること特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料電池車用の水素充填設備。
- 前記水素・窒素分離器5として膜分離法または吸着分離法による水素・窒素分離器を用いることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料電池車用の水素充填設備。
- 前記水素・窒素分離器5で分離された窒素ガスを保安用窒素供給設備8に送り、水素充填設備9の保安用の不活性ガスとして利用するように構成してなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料電池車用の水素充填設備。
