Description
Claims (8)
- 少なくとも一つの増幅回路(E1、E2)、および前記増幅回路への入力信号(RFin)に従って該回路の動作を適合させるよう該回路を制御するための手段(6)を有する再構成可能な電力増幅器であって、
制御手段が、前記増幅回路の圧縮点(CP1、CP1’)を修正し、該修正された圧縮点のために該回路の電力加算された効率(PAE)を増大させるよう該回路の利得を適合させるための手段(4)と、
前記増幅回路の動作級を修正するための手段と、を備え、
前記動作級を修正するための手段が、前記回路の出力網(3)の等価インピーダンスを修正するための手段を備える、再構成可能な電力増幅器。 - 前記制御手段が前記回路に加えられるバイアス電流(Ibiasd)のレベルを適合させるための手段を備える、請求項1に記載の電力増幅器。
- 前記電力増幅器が、第1増幅段(E1)および第2増幅段(E2)を備え、前記制御手段が、該第1増幅段および第2増幅段の動作をそれぞれ適合させるための第1および第2の手段(4、5)を備える、請求項1または2に記載の電力増幅器。
- 第1制御手段が第1増幅段(E1)の圧縮点を適合させるための手段を備える、請求項3に記載の電力増幅器。
- 第2制御手段が前記第2増幅段の利得を適合させるための手段(5)を備える、請求項3または4に記載の電力増幅器。
- 前記電力増幅器が前記回路の出力に並列に構成されたキャパシタ(C’)およびインダクタ(L’)を選択的に接続するための切り替え手段(7、8)を備える、請求項1に記載の電力増幅器。
- 前記制御手段が前記増幅回路に加えられるバイアス電流のレベルを適合させるための手段を備え、該バイアス電流のレベルを適合させるための手段が、互いに並列に選択的に接続されることができる電力源の組(I1、I2、……In)からなる、請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の電力増幅器。
- 請求項1から7のいずれかに記載される電力増幅器を用いた移動電話通信のハンドセット用の多標準増幅段。
