Description
前記電極組立体の2つの電極から引出された第1、2電極タブと電気的に連結される保護回路基板と、前記保護回路基板と第1、2電極タブとを連結する第1、2リードプレートと、を含み、前記保護回路基板は、前記ベアセルの側面において、前記第1、2電極タブが前記ベアセルから引出されている一側面と連結する他の一側面上に設けられ、前記第1、2リードプレートは、前記ベアセルの側面において、前記第1、2電極タブが前記ベアセルから引出されている一側面上に形成され、折り曲げられた部位を有するリチウム二次電池が提供される。

Claims (20)
- 2つの電極及びセパレータを備える電極組立体と、
前記電極組立体が収容されるパウチを含むベアセルと、
前記電極組立体の2つの電極から引出された第1、2電極タブと電気的に連結される保護回路基板と、
前記保護回路基板と第1、2電極タブとを連結する第1、2リードプレートと、を含み、
前記保護回路基板は、前記ベアセルの側面において、前記第1、2電極タブが前記ベアセルから引出されている一側面と連結する他の一側面上に設けられ、
前記第1、2リードプレートは、前記ベアセルの側面において、前記第1、2電極タブが前記ベアセルから引出されている一側面上に形成され、折り曲げられた部位を有することを特徴とするリチウム二次電池。 - 前記第1、2リードプレートは、前記第1、2電極タブが引出される方向に対して垂直方向に設けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記第1、2リードプレートは、前記第1、2電極タブと交差して設けられることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記第1リードプレートと第2リードプレートは、同一平面上で左右に並んで設けられることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記第1リードプレート及び第2リードプレートは、互いに離隔されて設置されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記第1リードプレート及び第2リードプレートは、表面に絶縁部材が備えられることを特徴とする請求項4又は5に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記絶縁部材は、絶縁テープであることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記絶縁テープは、材質がポリイミドであることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記第1リードプレートと第2リードプレートは、ベアセル側面からの距離が異なる別の平面上で、前記第1、2電極タブが引出される方向と同一方向に重ねて設けられることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記第1リードプレート及び第2リードプレートは、前記ベアセルの側面と同一な幅を有するように形成されることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記第1リードプレート及び第2リードプレートは、表面に絶縁部材を備えることを特徴とする請求項9又は10に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記絶縁部材は、絶縁テープであることを特徴とする請求項11に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記絶縁テープは、材質がポリイミドであることを特徴とする請求項12に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記第1リードプレートと前記第2リードプレートとの間に接着シートを介在して第1リードプレートと第2リードプレートとが付着されることを特徴とする請求項9〜13のいずれかに記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記第1、2リードプレートは、前記第1、2電極タブと接続される連結タブをそれぞれ備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜14のいずれかに記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記連結タブは、前記第1、2リードプレートの一側辺で前記第1、2リードプレートに対して垂直方向に形成されることを特徴とする請求項15に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記連結タブは、前記第1、2リードプレートの一側辺で前記第1、2電極タブが引出される方向と同一方向に形成されることを特徴とする請求項15又は16に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記連結タブは、前記電極タブと同一な面積を有するように形成されることを特徴とする請求項15〜17のいずれかに記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記連結タブは、幅方向に延長形成された羽部を備えることを特徴とする請求項15〜18のいずれかに記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記ベアセルは、4つの短側面及び2つの長側面を有する直方体状に形成され、
前記短側面は、前記長側面よりも狭い面積を有し、
前記4つの短側面は、第1短側面及び前記第1短側面と対向する第3短側面と、長さが相対的に長く形成された第2短側面及び前記第2短側面と対向する第4短側面とからなり、
前記第1短側面及び前記第3短側面は、前記第2短側面及び前記第4短側面よりも狭い面積を有するように形成され、
前記2つの長側面は、第1長側面及び第1長側面と対向する第2長側面からなることを特徴とする請求項1〜19のいずれかに記載のリチウム二次電池。
