Claims (11)
- フィラメントから形成されたスパンボンドウエブを製造する装置において、フィラメントを形成する紡糸口金が設けられ、紡糸口金の下流にはフィラメントを冷却する処理空気を供給される冷却室(2)があり、フィラメントを延伸する延伸ユニット(5)が冷却室(2)に接続されており、冷却室(2)と延伸ユニット(5)の間の接続領域が閉鎖されて、延伸ユニット(5)は通路壁(8と9)が延伸通路(7)の長さの少なくとも一部上に分岐される延伸通路(7)を有し、延伸ユニットでは、分岐延伸通路部分の上流端において追加的空気は、フィラメント束が機械方向において幅広く形成される条件により延伸通路に注入されていて、スパンボンドウエブのフィラメントを沈積させる沈積装置が設けられていることを特徴とする装置。
- 冷却室(2)が少なくとも二つの冷却区画室(3と4)に分割されていて、この冷却区画室でフィラメントが処理空気により異なった温度に冷却され得ることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 冷却室(2)と延伸ユニット(5)の間に中間通路(6)が配列されていて冷却室(2)から延伸ユニット(5)まで収斂形状を有することを特徴とする請求項1或いは2に記載の装置。
- 延伸ユニット(5)には、分岐延伸通路部分(10)の上流端に或いは分岐延伸通路部分(10)の直前に追加的空気が延伸通路(7)に導入されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 延伸通路(7)がその全長にわたり或いは実質的に全長にわたり分岐通路壁(8と9)を有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 延伸通路(7)がその長さの一部にわたり平行通路壁(8と9)を有し、これら平行通路壁(8と9)の下流には分岐通路壁(8と9)があることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 延伸通路はその長さの一部にわたり収斂通路壁(8と9)を有し、これら収斂通路壁(8と9)の下流には分岐通路壁(8と9)があることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 延伸通路(7)がその長さの一部にわたり収斂通路壁(8と9)を有し、これら収斂通路壁(8と9)の下流には平行通路壁(8と9)があり、これら平行通路壁(8と9)の下流には分岐通路壁(8と9)があることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 延伸ユニット(5)の下流には少なくとも一つのディフューザ(12と13)を備える沈積ユニット(11)があることを特徴とする請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 沈積ユニット(11)が上流ディフューザ(12)と隣接下流ディフューザ(13)から成り、周囲空気入口スリット(14)が上流ディフューザ(12)と下流ディフューザ(13)の間に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の装置。
- 沈積装置がスパンボンドウエブ用の連続的移動される小孔沈積ベルト(15)であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至10のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
