Claims (10)
- 紡糸ノズル(1)、冷却室(2)、延伸ユニット(4)と不織布ウエブにフィラメントを堆積する堆積装置を備える熱可塑性合成樹脂製のフィラメントから成る不織布ウエブを連続製造する装置において、紡糸ノズル(1)は二つ或いはそれ以上の異なる重合体溶融物を供給でき、そして異なる重合体溶融物を集める装置は双成分フィラメント或いは多成分フィラメントが紡糸ノズル(1)の紡糸ノズル開口から流出するという条件付きで設けられ、そして冷却室(2)は少なくとも二つの冷却室部分(2a,2b)に分割され、それらには双成分フィラメント或いは多成分フィラメントがそれぞれ異なる対流排熱力をもつ処理空気と接触していて、第一上冷却室部分(2a)から第二下冷却室部分(2b)への処理空気の流出速度は1.0−1.6m/secであり、第二下冷却室部分から延伸ユニット(4)における中間通路への処理空気の流出速度は1.5−2.1m/secであり、第一上冷却室部分(2a)の長さ対第二下冷却室部分(2b)の長さの比が0.15−0.6であり、そして冷却室(2)と延伸ユニット(4)の間の結合は外部へ閉鎖されていて空気供給のなく形成されていることを特徴とする装置。
- 異なる重合体溶融物を集める装置は、双成分フィラメント或いは多成分フィラメントがぴったり並んだ構成及び/又は芯−外套−構成及び/又はセグメント−ピエ−構成及び/又は海中の島構成に製造できるという条件付きで形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 双成分フィラメント或いは多成分フィラメントは少なくとも二つの冷却室部分(2a,2b)にて異なる温度の処理空気と接触していることを特徴とする請求項1或いは2に記載の装置。
- 成分がポリオレフィン或いはポリオレフィンとポリエステルから成る双成分フィラメント或いは多成分フィラメントを製造する装置が設備されるときに、第一上冷却室部分(2a)内の処理空気の温度は第二下冷却室部分(2b)内の処理空気の温度より高いことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の装置。
- 成分がポリオレフィンから成る双成分フィラメント或いは多成分フィラメントを製造する装置が設備されるときに、上冷却室部分(2a)内の処理空気の温度は20−45℃であり、下冷却室部分(2b)内の処理空気の温度は10−30℃であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の装置。
- 成分がポリオレフィンとポリエステルから成る双成分フィラメント或いは多成分フィラメントを製造する装置が設備されるときに、上冷却室部分(2a)内の処理空気の温度は50−90℃であり、下冷却室部分(2b)内の処理空気の温度は10−40℃であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の装置。
- 成分がポリ乳酸とポリオレフィン或いはポリビニールアルコールとポリオレフィン或いはポリビニールアルコールとポリエステルから成る双成分フィラメント或いは多成分フィラメントを製造する装置が設備されるときに、第一上冷却室部分(2a)内の処理空気の温度は第二下冷却室部分(2b)内の処理空気の温度より低いことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の装置。
- 第一上冷却室部分(2a)内の処理空気の温度は7−25℃であり、第二下冷却室部分(2b)内の処理空気の温度は15−40℃であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の装置。
- 第一上冷却室部分(2a)からの処理空気の流出速度は第二下冷却室部分(2b)からの処理空気の流出速度より遅いことを特徴とする請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 第一上冷却室部分(2a)からの処理空気の流出速度v1対第二下冷却室部分(2b)からの処理空気の流出速度v2の比v1/v2は0.9−0.5であることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の装置。
