Description
a)ブレードの翼部および根元の両方を含んでいるプレフォームを、視覚的に識別可能なトレーサ糸を含んでいる糸を三次元に織成することによって、上記トレーサ糸をプレフォームの少なくとも表面に位置させつつ製作する工程、
b)上記プレフォームの基準面に沿って位置している一連のトレーサ糸を手付かずに残しつつ上記プレフォームを切り出して、ブレードを構成する各部分の形状および寸法をとるために適した切り出しプレフォームをもたらす工程、
c)上記切り出しプレフォームを予変形させて、予変形済みプレフォームをもたらす工程、
d)上記予変形済みプレフォームを圧密し、硬化させる工程、
e)射出成型用金型を用意し、内部に上記硬化させたプレフォームを配置する工程、
f)上記硬化させた予変形済みプレフォーム全体を含浸して、プレフォームの糸の間の相対的な配置を維持するため、上記射出成型用金型に熱硬化性樹脂を含んでいるバインダを注入する工程、
g)上記射出成型用金型を加熱する工程、および、
h)上記ブレードの形状および寸法を実質的に呈している複合材料製成型済み部品を、上記金型から取り出す工程、
を含むことを特徴としている。

Claims (13)
- 複合材料製のターボ機械用ブレードの製造方法であって、
a)ブレードの翼部(12)および根元(14)の両方を含んでいるプレフォームを、オイリング剤で覆われており、視覚的に識別可能でプレフォームの少なくとも表面に位置するトレーサ糸(22)を含んでいる縦糸(20a)および横糸(20b)を三次元に織成することにより、製作する工程と、
b)前記プレフォームの基準面(16)に沿って位置している数本のトレーサ糸(22)をそのまま残しつつ前記プレフォームを切り出して、ブレードを構成する各部分の形状および寸法をとるために適した切り出しプレフォーム(10a)をもたらす工程と、
c)切り出しプレフォーム(10a)をその平面内に保持しつつ切り出しプレフォーム(10a)の主方向と平行な方向にせん断を加えることからなる予備的な予変形が実行され、その後、前記せん断運動を受けた切り出しプレフォーム(10a)が、切り出しプレフォーム(10a)を該切り出しプレフォーム(10a)の主方向と平行な軸XX’を中心とする回転にて変形させる形状にする成形用金型(24)に配置されることにより、前記切り出しプレフォーム(10a)を予変形させて、予変形済みプレフォーム(10b)をもたらす工程と、
d)硬化したプレフォーム(10c)をもたらすように、オイリング剤によって前記予変形済みプレフォーム(10b)を硬化させる圧密の工程と、
e)射出成型用金型を用意し、内部に前記硬化させたプレフォーム(10c)を配置する工程と、
f)前記硬化させた予変形済みプレフォーム(10c)全体を含浸して、プレフォームの糸(20)の間の相対的な配置を維持するため、前記射出成型用金型に熱硬化性樹脂を含んでいるバインダを注入する工程と、
g)前記射出成型用金型を加熱する工程と、
h)前記ブレードの形状および寸法を実質的に呈している複合材料製成型済み部品を、前記金型から取り出す工程と、
を含んでいることを特徴とする、方法。 - トレーサ糸(22)が、他の糸(20)の性質とは異なる性質であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 工程d)において、硬化の前または後に、以下の副工程、すなわち、
d1)前縁の位置における前記予変形済みプレフォーム(10b)に65体積%の繊維密度をもたらす超圧密を行う工程と、
d2)前縁の位置において前記予変形済みプレフォームに、圧力側および吸い込み側の壁面の一部分を収容するための2つのフランジ(30a、30b)を呈している金属製の前縁保護用部材(30)を取り付ける工程と、

- 前記保護用フィルム(32)が、ポリウレタンで作られていることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 境界部材(34)が、前記保護用フィルム(32)と前記予変形済みプレフォーム(10b)との間に介装され、前記境界部材(34)が、前記プレフォームの糸(20)の上の付加的な厚さを形成していることを特徴とする、請求項5または6に記載の方法。
- 工程e)において、さらに少なくとも1つのスペーサ(24a)が、前記硬化させたプレフォームのうちのブレードの根元の底部を形成すべき表面に当接して、前記射出成型用金型内に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。

- 前記糸が、炭素繊維、ガラス繊維、シリカ繊維、炭化ケイ素繊維、アルミナ繊維、アラミド繊維、および芳香族ポリアミド繊維によって構成されるグループに属していることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載のブレード。
- 縦糸(20a)および横糸(20b)が炭素繊維であり、トレーサ糸(22)がガラス繊維であることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載のブレード。
