Claims (11)
- プリフォームが、三次元織りによって一体成形方法で得られる、タービンエンジンブレード用のプリフォームであって、
ブレード根元(21)の少なくとも一部分を形成するのに適する第1の長手方向セグメント(31)と、
第1の長手方向セグメント(31)を上方に延長し、脚柱部(22)の少なくとも一部分を形成するのに適する第2の長手方向セグメント(32)と、
第2の長手方向セグメント(32)を上方に延長し、エーロフォイル部(23)を形成するのに適する第3の長手方向セグメント(33)と、
第2の長手方向セグメント(32)と第3の長手方向セグメント(33)との間の接合部から横断方向に延在し、第1のプラットフォーム(24)を形成するのに適する第1の横断方向セグメント(34)と、
第1の長手方向セグメント(31)と第2の長手方向セグメント(32)との間の接合部から第1の横断方向セグメント(34)まで延在し、第1のプラットフォーム(24)のための保持脚(26)を形成するのに適する第1の傾斜セグメント(36)と、

第2の長手方向セグメント(32)の長さが、プリフォームの上流端から下流端まで増加する、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のプリフォーム。 - 第2の長手方向セグメント(32)と第3の長手方向セグメント(33)との間の接合部から横断方向に延在し、第1の横断方向セグメント(34)と同一平面上にあり、第1の横断方向セグメント(34)から離れ、第2のプラットフォーム(25)を形成するのに適している第2の横断方向セグメント(35)と、第1の長手方向セグメント(31)と第2の長手方向セグメント(32)との間の接合部から第2の横断方向セグメント(35)まで延在し、第2のプラットフォーム(25)のための保持脚(27)を形成するのに適する第2の傾斜セグメント(37)と、

請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のプリフォームを用いて複合材料から一体成形方法でタービンエンジンブレードを作製するステップを有し、
前記プリフォームは型内に成形され、マトリックス内に埋め込まれており、
タービンエンジンブレードは、
ブレード根元(21)と、
ブレード根元(21)から上方に延在する脚柱部(22)と、
脚柱部(22)から上方に延在するエーロフォイル部(23)と、
脚柱部(22)とエーロフォイル部(23)との間の接合部から、エーロフォイル部(23)に対して横断方向に延在するプラットフォーム(24)と、
一方の端部の根元(21)または脚柱部(22)と、他方の端部のプラットフォーム(24)との間に延在する保持脚(26)と、
を備える、タービンエンジンブレードを製造する方法。 - マトリックスが有機性である、請求項8に記載のタービンエンジンブレードを製造する方法。
