Claims (23)
1. Заготовка лопатки газотурбинного двигателя, полученная посредством трехмерного тканья и содержащая:
первый продольный участок (31), выполненный с возможностью образовать по меньшей мере часть хвостовика (21) лопатки,
второй продольный участок (32), продолжающий вверх первый продольный участок (31) и выполненный с возможностью образовать по меньшей мере часть ножки (22),
третий продольный участок (33), продолжающий вверх второй продольный участок (32) и выполненный с возможностью образовать перьевую часть (23),
первый поперечный участок (34), проходящий поперечно от соединения между вторым и третьим продольными участками (32, 33) и выполненный с возможностью образовать первую полку (24), и
первый наклонный участок (36), проходящий от соединения между первым и вторым продольными участками (31, 32) до первого поперечного участка (34) и выполненный с возможностью образовать поддерживающий подкос (26) для первой полки (24).
2. Заготовка по п. 1, в которой дальний конец первого наклонного участка (36) проходит вдоль дальнего конца первого поперечного участка (34).
3. Заготовка по п. 1 или 2, в которой дальний конец первого наклонного участка (36) связан с первым поперечным участком (34).
4. Заготовка по любому из пп. 1-3, в которой первый продольный участок (31) имеет по существу постоянную длину от входного конца до выходного конца заготовки (30), при этом длина второго продольного участка (32) увеличивается от входного конца заготовки до ее выходного конца.
5. Заготовка по любому из пп. 1-4, содержащая:
второй поперечный участок (35), проходящий поперечно от соединения между вторым и третьим продольными участками (32, 33) в продолжении и противоположно первому поперечному участку (34) и выполненный с возможностью образовать вторую полку (25), и
второй наклонный участок (37), проходящий от соединения между первым и вторым продольными участками (31, 32) до второго поперечного участка (35) и выполненный с возможностью образовать поддерживающий подкос (27) для второй полки (25).
6. Заготовка по любому из пп. 1-4, содержащая переходный элемент (141) на уровне соединения между вторым и третьим продольными участками (132, 133) на ее поверхности, противоположной первому поперечному участку (134).
7. Заготовка по п. 6, в которой переходный элемент представляет собой присоединяемую металлическую полосу (141).
8. Лопатка для газотурбинного двигателя, содержащая:
хвостовик (21) лопатки,
ножку (22), проходящую вверх от хвостовика (21) лопатки,
перьевую часть (23), проходящую вверх от ножки (22),
полку (24), проходящую поперечно к перьевой части (23) на уровне соединения между ножкой (22) и перьевой частью (23), и
поддерживающий подкос (26), проходящий между хвостовиком (21) или ножкой (22), с одной стороны, и полкой (24), с другой стороны.
9. Лопатка по п. 8, выполненная моноблочной из композиционного материала из заготовки (30) согласно любому из пп. 1-7, при этом указанной заготовке (30) была придана форма в пресс-форме, и она была погружена в матрицу, которая предпочтительно является органической.
10. Лопаточное колесо газотурбинного двигателя, содержащее множество лопаток (10) по п. 8 или 9.
11. Газотурбинный двигатель, содержащий по меньшей мере одну лопатку (10) по одному из пп. 8 или 9 или одно лопаточное колесо (2) по п. 10.
