Claims (9)
- 一体型三次元製織によって得られるタービンエンジンのブレード又は羽根の繊維プリフォームであって、
該繊維プリフォームは、
根元部(21)を形成するのに適した第1の縦方向部分(241)と、
該第1の縦方向部分(241)を拡張し、エアーフォイル部(22)を形成するのに適した、第2の縦方向部分(242)と、
前記第1の縦方向部分(241)と前記第2の縦方向部分(242)との間の接合部から横方向に延び、第1のプラットフォーム(31)を形成するのに適した、第1の横方向部分(251)と、を備える繊維プリフォームにおいて、
第1の横方向部分(251)が、その一方が他方に折り曲げられている第1の自由端部(251a)及び第2の自由端部(251b)の少なくとも一部によって形成され、前記第1の自由端部(251a)が、第1の縦方向部分(241)と一緒に連結されないように織り込まれ、さらに、前記第2の自由端部(251b)も、第2の縦方向部分(242)と一緒に連結されないように織り込まれ、層交差(C1´´)が、前記第1の自由端部(251a)の糸が前記第2の縦方向部分(242)に延びるように、そして、前記第2の自由端部(251b)の糸が前記第1の縦方向部分(241)から生じるように、前記第1の縦方向部分(241)と前記第2の縦方向部分(242)との間の接合部において提供されることを特徴とする、繊維プリフォーム。 - 第2の横方向部分(252)であって、前記第1の横方向部分(251)を拡張し前記第1の横方向部分から延びた、前記第1の縦方向部分(241)及び前記第2の縦方向部分(242)の間の接合部から横方向に延び、第2のプラットフォーム(32)を形成するのに適した、前記第2の横方向部分が更に含まれることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のプリフォーム。
- 前記第2の縦方向部分(242)の糸の層の数、そして、その厚さが変化することを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のプリフォーム。
- 第3の横方向部分(253)及び第4の横方向部分(254)であって、前記第1の縦方向部分(241)の製織方向(T)における上流端部のいずれかの面上に横方向に延び、羽根又はブレード(20)の留め具フランジ(33、34)を形成するのに適した、前記第3の横方向部分及び前記第4の横方向部分が含まれ、
前記第3の横方向部分(253)及び前記第4の横方向部分(254)が、連結されないように一緒に織り込まれ、非連結(D1)が、前記第1の縦方向部分(241)の上流端部において終わることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のプリフォーム。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のプリフォームであって、
該プリフォームが、
前記第2の縦方向部分(242)を拡張し、頭部(23)を形成するのに適した、第3の縦方向部分(243)と、
前記第2の縦方向部分(242)と前記第3の縦方向部分(243)との間の接合部から横方向に延び、第3のプラットフォーム(35)を形成するのに適した、第5の横方向部分(255)と、を更に備えることを特徴とする、前記プリフォーム。 - タービンエンジンのブレード又は羽根であり、該ブレード又は羽根は、
根元部(21)と、
エアーフォイル部(22)と、
前記根元部(21)と前記エアーフォイル部(22)との間の接合部においてエアーフォイル(22)から横方向に延びる、プラットフォーム(23)と、を備える、前記ブレード又は羽根であって、
前記ブレード又は羽根(20)が、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の繊維プリフォーム(40)によって複合材料の一体型として製造され、前記繊維プリフォーム(40)が型内で成形され、マトリックス中に埋め込まれることを特徴とする、ブレード又は羽根。 - 2つの同心通路を画定する、外側ケーシング(8)及び内側ケーシング(9)と接続している、タービンエンジンの中間ケーシングであって、該中間ケーシングが、内側ハブ(11)と外側シュラウド(12)との間に角度をなして配置された、請求項6に記載の複数の羽根(20)を備えることを特徴とする、中間ケーシング。
- 請求項6に記載の複数のブレード(2)を備えることを特徴とする、タービンエンジンファン。
- 請求項6に記載の少なくとも1つのブレード若しくは羽根(20)、又は請求項7に記載の少なくとも1つの中間ケーシング(10)、又は請求項8に記載の少なくとも1つのファン(2)が含まれることを特徴とする、タービンエンジン。
