Description
a)少なくとも1つのアミンとホスゲンとを、場合により溶剤の存在下で反応させ、その際、相応のイソシアネートと、塩化水素、ホスゲン及び場合により溶剤、低沸点化合物並びに不活性物質を含有する流とが得られ、かつ
b)その塩化水素、ホスゲン及び場合により溶剤、低沸点化合物並びに不活性物質を含有する流を、少なくとも2段階シーケンスの吸収段階であって少なくとも1つの等温吸収段階と少なくとも1つの断熱吸収段階とを含む段階で分離し、その際、ホスゲンを、塩化水素流の質量に対して多くとも0.5質量%、有利には多くとも0.2質量%、最も有利には多くとも0.1質量%の濃度で含有する塩化水素流と液状ホスゲン流とが得られ、かつ
c)該液状ホスゲン流を、次いでアミンとホスゲンとの反応に再循環する
イソシアネートの製造方法に関する。
Claims (1)
- イソシアネートの製造方法において:
a)少なくとも1つのアミンとホスゲンとを、溶剤の存在下又は不在下に反応させて、相応のイソシアネート及び、塩化水素、ホスゲン及び場合により溶剤、低沸点化合物並びに不活性物質を含有する流を得る工程、
b)その塩化水素、ホスゲン及び場合により溶剤、低沸点化合物並びに不活性物質を含有する流を、少なくとも2段階シーケンスの吸収工程であって、(1)少なくとも1つの等温吸収工程と、(2)少なくとも1つの断熱吸収工程とを有する工程において分離して、(i)塩化水素流の全質量に対して0.5質量%以下のホスゲンを含有する塩化水素流と、(ii)液状ホスゲン流とを得る工程、及び
c)液状ホスゲン流(ii)を工程a)に再循環させる工程
を含む方法。
