Claims (15)
- ケーシング(2)、固定子(3)そして回転子(4)を備える電動機(1)用の軸支持装置(7)において、
軸支持装置(7)は、固定子(3)そして回転子(4)の組込みのために軸方向端部でケーシング(2)に形成された開口部を閉じるように該ケーシングに取り付けられるように半径方向に延びるフランジ(16)と、電動機の軸(5)上に取り付けられるべき内輪(33)およびフランジ(16)で支持される外輪(34)を有する転がり軸受(17)と、内輪(33)の角度位置を検出するための少なくとも一つの角度位置センサー(20)と、内輪(33)に取り付けられて上記角度位置センサー(20)と協働するエンコーダ(19)と、フランジ(16)に取り付けられて角度位置センサー(20)の出力に接続された処理モジュール(18)とを有し、上記フランジ(16)がケーシング(2)に取り付けられる前に、軸支持装置(7)は、上記転がり軸受(17)、角度位置センサー(20)、処理モジュール(18)そしてエンコーダ(19)がフランジ(16)に取り付けられたサブアセンブリを形成しており、フランジ(16)にてケーシング(2)に取り付けることで上記開口部を閉じることを可能としていることを特徴とする軸支持装置。 - 固定子(3)は軸方向に延出するフィンガー(15)を有し、フランジ(16)は半径方向に延びる壁部(21)を有していると共に該壁部(21)に上記固定子(3)のフィンガー(15)を受け入れる貫通孔(26)が形成されていることとする請求項1に記載の軸支持装置。
- 処理モジュール(18)は、センサーに対するエンコーダの角度位置を表すセンサー(複数も可)からの出力信号を受信し、かつ、センサー(20)に対するエンコーダ(19)の角度位置を表す処理された情報のアイテムを出力として伝達するよう構成されていることとする請求項1または請求項2に記載の軸支持装置。
- フランジ(16)は、電動機(1)への取付けの手段を備えることとする、請求項1ないし請求項3のうちのいずれか一つに記載の軸支持装置。
- 内輪の端部でシールする手段を備えていることとする、請求項1ないし請求項4のうちのいずれか一つに記載の軸支持装置。
- 角度位置センサー(20)は、絶対角度位置を検出することができることとする、請求項1ないし請求項5のうちのいずれか一つに記載の軸支持装置。
- 処理モジュール(18)は、センサー(20)を支持する電子回路ボード(40)を備えていることとする、請求項1ないし請求項6のうちのいずれか一つに記載の軸支持装置。
- フランジ(16)は、転がり軸受(17)の外輪(34)にオーバーモールドされていることとする、請求項1ないし請求項7のうちのいずれか一つに記載の軸支持装置。
- 外輪(34)は、結合リリーフが施されているフランジと接触する面を備えていることとする、請求項1ないし請求項8のうちのいずれか一つに記載の軸支持装置。
- 処理モジュールは、パルス幅変調の形態で出力情報のアイテム伝達するよう構成されていることとする、請求項1ないし請求項9のうちのいずれか一つに記載の軸支持装置。
- 軸(5)と、回転子(4)と、固定子(3)と、固定子に取り付けられた前記軸を支持すると共に固定子に対する回転子の角度位置を出力として供給することができる請求項1ないし請求項10のうちのいずれか一つに記載の軸支持装置(7)とを備えていることを特徴とする電動機。
- 軸支持装置(7)は、電動機の軸方向端部を閉じていることとする請求項11に記載の電動機。
- ケーシング(2)、固定子(3)そして回転子(4)を備える電動機用の軸支持装置を取り付ける方法であって、エンコーダ(19)が付与されている転がり軸受(17)の外輪(34)をフランジ(16)に取り付け、角度センサー(20)が接続されている処理モジュール(18)をフランジ(16)に取り付けて軸支持装置をサブアセンブリとして形成した後、固定子(3)そして回転子(4)の組込み用としてケーシング(2)に形成された開口部を閉じるようにして上記フランジにて軸支持装置をケーシングに取り付けることを特徴とする軸支持装置の取付方法。
- フランジ(16)は、外輪(34)にオーバーモールドされることとする請求項13に記載の軸支持装置の製造方法。
- 回転子(4)が位置付けられ、軸支持装置(7)が軸方向移動によって配置され、回転子軸を転がり軸受(17)に入れ、フランジを電動機(1)のケーシング(2)に取り付けることとする請求項13または14に記載の軸支持装置の製造方法。
