Description
Claims (19)
- 高過圧力受領面を備える中央部分および周辺フランジ部分を持つラプチャーディスクと、
該ラプチャーディスクの前記中央部分の前記高過圧力受領面とは反対側の面において前記ラプチャーディスクの前記周辺フランジ部分上に取り付けられ、かつ前記周辺フランジ部分と係合する板押さえ部品と、を備える、非断片化、前方作動型の高過圧力装置であって、
前記ラプチャーディスクの前記中央部分は、該中央部分の一部の周囲に延びる弱め線を持ち、該弱め線は、間隔を空けた関係にある対向する末端域を持ち、該対向する末端域の間で単一の蝶番部を規定し、前記末端域の各々は、最遠末端を持ち、
前記弱め線は、前記中央部分の前記高過圧力受領面に、高過圧力状態によって生じる前方作動力が働いた場合に破裂して開く、前記ラプチャーディスクの前記中央部分の一部分を規定し、
前記板押さえ部品は、前記ラプチャーディスクの前記中央部分を取り囲む関係にある内側開口部を備え、
前記板押さえ部品は、該板押さえ部品の前記内側開口部に延びるユニタリセグメントを備え、
前記板押さえ部品の前記ユニタリセグメントは、前記弱め線の前記末端域の上に覆い重なる配置で前記ラプチャーディスクの前記単一の蝶番部の上に重なって係合し、
前記ユニタリセグメントは、前記弱め線の各最遠末端から内側に間隔を空けた関係で前記弱め線の対向する前記末端域の間に延びる最も内側の線状の縁部を持ち、
前記板押さえ部品の前記ユニタリセグメントは、前記ラプチャーディスクの前記中央部分に前方作動力が加えられると、ディスクが破裂する方向に撓み、前記弱め線のそれぞれの最遠末端の間に延びる前記単一の蝶番部から前記前方作動力の一部を吸収し、かつ、前記ラプチャーディスクの前記中央部分が前記ラプチャーディスクの前記周辺フランジ部分から分離することを防ぐのに寄与することを特徴とする高過圧力装置。 - 前記板押さえ部品の前記ユニタリセグメントが有する前記線状の縁部は、直線状である請求項1に記載の高過圧力装置。
- 前記板押さえ部品の前記ユニタリセグメントが、平坦な形状である請求項2に記載の高過圧力装置。
- 前記ラプチャーディスクの前記中央部分が、平坦な形状である請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の高過圧力装置。
- 前記ラプチャーディスクの前記中央部分が、前記ラプチャーディスクの前記中央部分の前記高過圧力受領面と反対側の面の側に膨らんだ膨らみ部を持つ請求項2に記載の高過圧力装置。
- 前記ラプチャーディスクの前記中央部分の前記膨らみ部の、前記ユニタリセグメントの前記直線状の縁部の中央を通る、前記直線状の縁部に垂直な断面形状は、非対称形状である請求項5に記載の高過圧力装置。
- 前記ラプチャーディスクの前記中央部分の、前記板押さえ部品の前記ユニタリセグメントに係合された部分が、平坦な形状である請求項6に記載の高過圧力装置。
- 前記板押さえ部品の前記ユニタリセグメントの前記線状の縁部は、直線状であり、前記弱め線の対向する前記末端域に覆い重なり、前記末端域を越えて延びる、対向する先端を備える請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の高過圧力装置。
- 前記板押さえ部品の前記ユニタリセグメントの横断部分は、撓むとすぐに、傾斜して外側に向いた表面を呈する請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の高過圧力装置。
- 前記弱め線の前記対向する末端域が、互いの方向に近づき、かつ前記板押さえ部品の前記ユニタリセグメントの下に位置する請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の高過圧力装置。
- 前記弱め線が、前記ラプチャーディスクの前記中央部分を通って延びる一連の細長い、末端が末端に隣接した、間隔を隔てて配置されたスリットで規定され、前記スリットが、前記ラプチャーディスクの前記中央部分の残りの部分と一体である個々の膜によって相互に分離されている請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の高過圧力装置。
- 前記スリットの各々が、隣接するスリットのそれぞれの末端間の前記膜の幅より大きな長さである請求項11に記載の高過圧力装置。
- 前記ラプチャーディスクの前記中央部分は、円形の外側端部を持ち、前記板押さえ部品は、前記ラプチャーディスクの前記中央部分の前記外側端部を囲む、前記板押さえ部品の前記内側開口部を備える環状形状である請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の高過圧力装置。
- 前記ラプチャーディスクの前記中央部分は、膨らみ部と平坦部とを備え、前記膨らみ部は、表面積において前記平坦部より大きく、前記ラプチャーディスクの前記中央部分の前記平坦部は、前記板押さえ部品の前記ユニタリセグメントと係合している請求項13に記載の高過圧力装置。
- 前記ラプチャーディスクの前記中央部分の前記膨らみ部の、前記ユニタリセグメントの前記直線状の縁部の中央を通る、前記直線状の縁部に垂直な断面形状は、非対称形状である請求項14に記載の高過圧力装置。
- 前記ラプチャーディスクの前記中央部分の前記膨らみ部の、前記ラプチャーディスクの前記単一の蝶番部から離れた一部分は、前記ラプチャーディスクの前記中央部分の前記平坦部に近づいて一体化する前記ラプチャーディスクの前記中央部分の前記膨らみ部の曲率半径より大きな曲率半径を持つ請求項15に記載の高過圧力装置。
- 前記ラプチャーディスクの前記中央部分に前記弱め線は、設定され、かつその大きさが決められ、そして、前記ラプチャーディスクの前記中央部分と係合する前記板押さえ部品の前記ユニタリセグメントは、前記弱め線に沿った前記ラプチャーディスクの前記中央部分が破裂する際に、前記弱め線の前記末端域によって規定される前記ラプチャーディスクの前記中央部分の前記単一の蝶番部が、前記板押さえ部品の前記ユニタリセグメントの前記線状の縁部の周りで曲がり、その結果、前記単一の蝶番部および前記ラプチャーディスクの前記中央部分が、前記周辺フランジ部から前記弱め線の前記最遠末端の間の仮想線に沿って分離することを防ぐように、前記弱め線の前記末端域に対して方向付けられている請求項1〜16のいずれか1項に記載の高過圧力装置。
- 前記高過圧力装置は、相補的に重なった一対の前記ラプチャーディスクを有し、
前記一対のラプチャーディスクの一方を第1ラプチャーディスク、他方を第2ラプチャーディスクとすると、前記第1ラプチャーディスクは前記第2ラプチャーディスクの前記高過圧力受領面とは反対側に位置し、
前記板押さえ部品は、前記第1ラプチャーディスクの前記周辺フランジ部分上に取り付けられ、かつ前記周辺フランジ部分と係合することで、前記第1ラプチャーディスクと相補的に重なる前記第2ラプチャーディスクを間接的に押さえ、
それぞれのラプチャーディスクの各々の弱め線の前記スリット間にある前記膜が破裂した結果として、前記第1および第2ラプチャーディスクの両方の前記中央部分が破裂するまで、前記スリットを通って流体が通過することを妨げる素材の層が前記第1および第2ラプチャーディスクの間にある請求項11に記載の高過圧力装置。 - 前記第1および第2ラプチャーディスクのそれぞれが、シート素材製であり、前記第1および第2ラプチャーディスクのどちらか一方のシート素材の厚みが、もう一方のシート素材の厚みよりも大きい、請求項18に記載の高過圧力装置。
