Description
Claims (13)
- 中央部および周辺フランジ部を有するラプチャーディスクと、
前記ラプチャーディスクの前記中央部の片面に固定される一対の補強パネルと、
で構成され、
前記ラプチャーディスクの中央部には、前記ラプチャーディスクの中央部の主要部分の周りに延びる線分を持つ破裂する弱め線が設けられ、
前記弱め線の前記線分は、対向する終点端部を持ち、
前記各補強パネルは、前記弱め線の線分のそれぞれの終点端部と一列に並べられ、
前記各補強パネルは、前記弱め線の線分の各終点端部の延長となる配置で、末端域の弱め線が設けられ、
前記末端域の弱め線は、それぞれ、最外側の終端点を有し、かつ、自身の間に、前記ラプチャーディスクの中央部の一体化した蝶番部分を規定するために間隔を置いて対向し、
前記末端域の弱め線は、互いに向かって近づきあい、それから、前記末端域の弱め線の最外側の終端点が近づくにつれ、互いから遠ざかることを特徴とする非断片化圧力解放装置。 - 前記末端域の弱め線は、連続的に互いの方向に近づき、そして連続的に互いから遠ざかる、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記末端域の弱め線は、それぞれ、曲線形状である、請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- 前記それぞれの末端域の弱め線の前記曲線形状は、実質的に半円形のC字形状の外形である、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記補強パネルは、前記ラプチャーディスクの中央部の前記片面に固定され、その補強パネル部分の間に延びかつ相互に接続する一体化領域を持つ蝶型形状のサポート部品の一部である請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記蝶型形状のサポート部品の前記一体化領域は、前記ラプチャーディスクの中央部の前記一体化した蝶番部分を横切りかつ一列に並ぶように位置する請求項5に記載の装置。
- 中央部と周辺フランジ部とを有する第1のラプチャーディスクと、
中央部と周辺フランジ部とを有する第2のラプチャーディスクと、
一対の補強パネルと、
で構成され、
各前記第1および第2の各ラプチャーディスクは、中央部と周辺フランジ部とを有し、
各前記第1および第2の各ラプチャーディスク中央部は、第1および第2のラプチャーディスクそれぞれの前記中央部の主要部分の周りに延びる線分を持つ破裂する弱め線が設けられ、
前記第1および第2のラプチャーディスクの前記弱め線の線分は、一列に並ぶ相補的な関係で位置し、
前記第1および第2のうちの一方のラプチャーディスクの中央部は、前記第1および第2のうちの他方のラプチャーディスクの中央部と対向する面を持ち、
前記一対の補強パネルは、前記第1および第2のうちの前記一方のラプチャーディスク中央部の片面に固定され、
各補強パネルは、前記一方のラプチャーディスクの前記弱め線の線分の各終点端部と一列に並べられ、
各補強パネルは、前記一方のラプチャーディスクの前記弱め線の線分各終点端部の延長となる配置で、末端域の弱め線が設けられ、
前記末端域の弱め線は、それぞれ、最外側の終端点を有し、かつ、自身の間に、前記一方のラプチャーディスクの中央部の一体化した蝶番部分を規定するために間隔をおいて対向し、
前記末端域弱め線は、それぞれ、最外側の終端点を有し、かつ、自身の間に、前記第1および第2のラプチャーディスクの中央部と一体化した蝶番部分を規定するために間隔を置いて対向し、
前記末端域の弱め線は、互いの方向に近づきあい、それから、前記末端域の弱め線の前記最外側の終端点が近づくにつれ互いに遠ざかり、
前記第1および第2のうち一方のラプチャーディスクの前記補強パネルの末端域の弱め線の開始点で、前記第1および第2のうち他方のラプチャーディスクの前記弱め線の線分の終点端部が、終点となることを特徴とする非断片化圧力解放装置。 - 前記補強パネルは、前記第1および第2のうち一方のラプチャーディスクの中央部の前記片面に固定された蝶型形状のサポート部品の一部であり、
前記蝶型形状のサポート部品は、前記補強パネル部分の間に延びかつ相互に接続する一体化領域を持つ、請求項7に記載の装置。 - 前記蝶型形状のサポート部品の前記一体化領域は、前記第1および第2のラプチャーディスクの中央部の蝶番部分を横切りかつ一列に並ぶように位置する、請求項8に記載の装置。
- 前記補強パネルは、前記第1および第2のうち前記一方のラプチャーディスクの前記片面にスポット溶接された、請求項7〜9のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記弱め線は、それぞれ、前記第1または第2のラプチャーディスクの中央部を通して延びる一連の細長い端と端が隔たったスリットで規定され、
前記スリットは、前記ラプチャーディスクの中央部の前記スリットを除く残り部分と一体の個々の膜で相互に離されている、請求項7〜10のいずれかに記載の装置。 - 前記各スリットの長さが隣接するスリットのそれぞれの端部間の膜の幅より実質的に大きい、請求項11に記載の装置。
- 前記末端域の弱め線は、それぞれ、一連のスリットから形成され、
前記末端域の弱め線のスリットの長さは、前記第1および第2のラプチャーディスクの中央部の弱め線のスリットの長さより小さい、請求項11または12に記載の装置。
