Description
Claims (13)
- 非断片化圧力解放装置で、
中央部分および周辺フランジ部を持ち、ラプチャーディスクの前記中央部分が対向す
る面を持つラプチャーディスク、
ディスクの前記中央部分には、ディスクの中央部分の周囲の主要部分に延びる線分を
持つ破裂する弱め線が設けられ、
弱め線の前記線分は、対向する終点端部を持ち、
一対の補強パネルがラプチャーディスクの中央部分の片面に固定され、各パネルが弱
め線線分のそれぞれの終点端部と心(しん)が合って配置され、
前記各補強パネルは、弱め線線分のそれぞれの終点端部の延長となる配置で末端域弱
め線が設けてあり、
各末端域弱め線が最外側の終端点を持ち、間隔をおいて対向しその間でディスク中央
部分の一体化蝶番部を規定し、
前記末端域弱め線は、互いの方向に近づきあいそれから末端域弱め線の前記最外側の
終端点が近づくにつれ互いから遠ざかる、
を含む、非断片化圧力解放装置。 - 末端域が連続的に互いの方向に近づき、そして連続的に互いから遠ざかる、請求項13に記載の装置。
- それぞれの弱め線の末端域が曲線形状である、請求項13に記載の装置。
- それぞれの弱め線の末端域の前記曲線が実質的に半円形のC字形状の外形である、請求項15に記載の装置。
- 前記パネルは、そのパネル部分の間に延びかつ相互に接続する一体化領域を持つラプチャーディスクの中央線分の前記片面に固定された蝶型形状のサポート部品の一部である請求項13に記載の装置。
- 前記の蝶型部品領域がラプチャーディスク中央部分の蝶番部を横切りそしてこれと心が合うように位置する、請求項17に記載の装置。
- 非断片化圧力解放装置で、
中央部分および周辺フランジ部分を持つ第1のラプチャーディスク、
中央部分および周辺フランジ部分を持つ第2のラプチャーディスク、
前記第1および第2の各ラプチャーディスクは、中央部分および周辺フランジ部分を
持ち、
前記の各第1および第2ラプチャーディスクの中央部分は、第1および第2ラプチャ
ーディスクそれぞれの中央部分の主要部分の周りに延びる線分を持つ破裂する弱め
線が設けられ、
第1および第2ラプチャーディスクの前記弱め線線分は、相補的に心を合わせた関係
で位置し、
前記第1および第2のうち一方のラプチャーディスクの中央部分は、対抗する面を持
ち、
一対の補強パネルが、第1および第2のうち前記の一方のラプチャーディスクの中央
部分の片面に固定され、前記の各パネルは前記の一方のラプチャーディスクの弱め
線線分のそれぞれの終点端部と心を合わせ配置され、
それぞれの前記補強パネルは、前記の一方のラプチャーディスクの弱め線線分の各終
点端部の延長となる配置で末端域弱め線が設けてあり、
前記末端域弱め線は、それぞれの末端域弱め線が最外側の終端点を持ち、間隔をおい
て対向することによりその間に前記の一方のラプチャーディスクの中央部分の一体
化蝶番部を規定し、
前記末端域弱め線は、互いの方向に近づきあいそれから末端域弱め線の前記最外側の
終端点が近づくにつれ互いから遠ざかり、
前記の第1および第2のうち他方のラプチャーディスクの弱め線区画の終点端部は、
第1および第2のうち前記の一方のラプチャーディスクの前記パネルの末端域弱め
線の開始点で終点となる、
を含む、非断片化圧力解放装置。 - 前記パネルが第1および第2のうち前記の一方のラプチャーディスクの中央線分の前記片面に固定された蝶型形状のサポート部品の一部で、前記部品がそのパネル部分の間に延びかつ相互に接続する一体化領域を持つ、請求項19に記載の装置。
- 蝶型形状の部品の前記領域がラプチャーディスクの中央線分の蝶番部を横切って延びかつ心を合わせて位置する、請求項20に記載の装置。
- 前記パネルが第1および第2のうち前記の一方のラプチャーディスクの前記片面にスポット溶接された、請求項19に記載の装置。
- 前記弱め線の各々がラプチャーディスクの中央部分を通して延びる一連の細長い端と端が隔たったスリットで規定され、前記スリットがディスクの中央部分の残り部分と一体の個々の膜で相互に離されている、請求項19に記載の装置。
- 前記の各スリットの長さが隣接するスリットのそれぞれの端部間の膜の幅より実質的に大きな、請求項23に記載の装置。
- 末端域スリットの長さが残りの弱め線のスリットの長さより小さい、請求項24に記載の装置。
